2009 Audi Q7 Premium with 112k miles VIN# WA1AY9469D021361 -- ALL highway miles from daily 90 mile round trip commute and weekend trips up to Maine. Car is in mint condition, you would think it has 30k miles on it. Always serviced at Wagner Audi in Shrewsbury, MA and all maintenance is up to date.

This car has the premium package -- 7 passenger seating, power adjustable heated seats, wood trim, power liftgate, aluminum roof rails, blue tooth hands-free phone, Audi Music interface for ipod, rear parking sensors, auto dimming mirrors and universal garage door openers. In addition, the car has panoramic moonroof, tow package and heated rear seats.

Exterior is mint -- no accidents, no bodywork at all. Car was just detailed on 4/15/13. A few nit-picky details, small scratch on the front bumper, 2 very small parking lot dings on left rear quarter panel and some minor scratches on the right rear corner of bumper and on the back. Besides that, car is perfect. Look at pictures up and down the sides of this car, no waviness or inconsistency in the paint. Rims look great. Tires have about 60% tread left on front and about 40% left on the rear.

Interior is mint -- no wear on the seats (rear seats were rarely used, and 2 seats in the way back were never used). No kids in car. Carpeting is in fantastic shape with almost no wear -- carpeting and mats are plush. The only drawback is the front drivers side mat was beginning to disintegrate and could not be salvaged, so it was tossed.

Mechanically, car is also mint. Would not hesitate to drive this car to California. it burns no oil, no strange noises, knocks, or hesitation. No corners were cut in servicing this car, OEM parts always used and everything done at the dealer. it has always been extremely reliable with no unexpected repairs.

There is nothing wrong with this car -- everything works, from the A/C to the automatic trunk closer, to all of the windows, power seats, sunroof, foglights, etc.

Reason for selling -- Just time for something new!

Take a look at other Q7s for sale on cars.com, autotrader, craigslist and this site. this one is the least expensive. yes, the miles are higher, but you could never tell. It has been maintained by the book at the dealer and has never been abused.

Audi designs science fiction car for Ender's Game movie [w/video]

Audi is no stranger to product placement in movies, but the upcoming sci-fi adventure movie, Ender's Game, will be the first time the German automaker has ever unveiled a "purely virtual" vehicle design in a movie. As the movie's star car, the futuristic Audi fleet shuttle quattro was created by Audi Design as a "vision for the future world."
This new movie car comes almost 10 years after one of our favorite Audi movie cars ever, the Audi RSQ that was prominently used in the 2004 sci-fi action film, I, Robot. Looking back, the RSQ obviously used cues from the Audi R8, but it's unclear if the fleet shuttle quattro has any design implications for future Audi production models.
The movie, based on the best-selling novel of the same name, stars Harrison Ford and Asa Butterfield, and it premiers in the US on November 1. Audi has provided images of the fleet shuttle quattro, and Summit Entertainment has released its latest trailer for the movie, which is posted below along with an Audi press release.

Next Audi R8 to share hybrid tech with Lamborghini Asterion

The second-generation Audi R8 isn't far away, but when it arrives, it could serve to seriously shake up the supercar market according to Audi research and development boss Ulrich Hackenberg.
Speaking to Car in the UK, Hackenberg confirmed quite unequivocally that a plug-in-hybrid model and a pure electric were coming. And as with the current R8, the next-gen model will borrow from Audi's Italian cousins at Lamborghini.
"We are able to make the R8 a plug-in hybrid," Hackenberg told Car. "The Lamborghini Asterion shows this is possible - that car uses the platform of the R8. We will see an increase in the efficiency of high-performance cars - they have to meet CO2 regulations of the future in order to survive."

Audi CEO Stadler gets 5-year contract extension

Audi CEO Rupert Stadler will keep his seat at the top thanks to a contract extension. Volkswagen didn't divulge the length of the new contract, but German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung said the term is five years. Stadler took over the current position in 2007 when current VW CEO Martin Winterkorn left it. That year the brand sold 93,506 in the US and 964,151 in total worldwide; last year it sold 158,061 in the US and 1,575,480 in total worldwide.
Even though the brand has managed only about half the US sales of its two main rivals, it led the charge globally through the first two months of this year. Over the next few years we'll see its US efforts increase with a $30.3-billion investment, 11 new models and the opening of its first North American plant. And right now it can make hay with its World Car of the Year award winner, the A3.
In addition to Stadler, VW sales boss Christian Klingler is said to have received a five-year contract extension, and VW China head Jochem Heizmann has earned another two years on the job.
