2009 Bmw X5 Xdrive35d Sport Utility 4-door 3.0l Cpo Warranty Till 10/2015 on 2040-cars
Wake Forest, North Carolina, United States
I'm selling our x5 diesel. It was purchased with 4K miles on it and has been dealer maintained and cared for by a fanatical owner. Car has never been through a car wash. I only hand wash and wax the car. I use zymol, lexol, p21s, and rainex products exclusively. It is loaded with a 60,825.00 sticker. It has leather, 3rd row seat, comfort access, running boards, rear seat entertainment, navigation, bmw assist with Bluetooth. I also had the dealer install sat. radio, as the car was pre-wired for it. Car also has sports seats and the 19" alloys. It has obviously never been in an accident, had any paint work, or door dings. You will not find anyone that is more OCD about their cars. please ask any questions. I'm selling it to purchase a larger suv. What makes this car even more desirable is the bmw cpo warranty. The car is fully covered until 10/2015 or 100K miles. There is a ton of warranty left. weather tech mats are included, they have only been removed to take these photos.

This is the BMW Z4 GTE that will wear the Roundel in ALMS
Sun, 17 Feb 2013The Speedweeks at Daytona International Speedway are a month of racing and reveals, with the season's metal going for the flag at races like the Rolex 24 at Daytona and other cars being introduced to the public. In the latter category is the BMW Z4 GTE (click the image above to enlarge) joining the American Le Mans Series GT class this year with BMW Team RLL (Rahal, Letterman and Lanigan). This machine replaces the M3 GT that completed four years of service and won the class title in 2010 and 2011. Naturally, the team is tempering expectations for the Z4 GTE by repeating the fact that it sees this season as a development year.
BMW Team RLL drivers for its two cars will be Bill Auberlen and series rookie Maxime Martin in the No. 55, aided by Jörg Müller for the endurance races at Sebring and Road Atlanta. The No. 56 car gets Dirk Müller on a full-time basis, Joey Hand when he's not competing in the DTM series, and John Edwards when Hand isn't available. Uwe Alzen will help out with driving duties in the No. 56 at endurance races.

Watch the trailer for Locke, a movie that takes place entirely in BMW's X5
Fri, 21 Feb 2014It's no surprise that driving can be incredibly stressful. You're basically trapped in a metal box, and until fairly recently, your ability to communicate with the outside world beyond the toot of a horn or a rolled-down window was all but nonexistent. Locke, a new film starring actor Tom Hardy (best known for his role as Bane in the Batman movie Dark Knight Rises), capitalizes on that feeling of isolation and stress by setting the entire movie in a BMW X5.
Locke is written and directed by Steven Knight, author of Eastern Promises, and the trailer shows Hardy's character being put under increasingly intense emotional stress as he drives along in his Bimmer. We don't know much more than that, as the 90-second trailer really doesn't give away much.
The film premiered at last year's Venice Film Festival, and reviews are available that tell more about the story, but we don't believe in spoilers. It's poised to hit theaters in the UK on April 18 and the US on April 25. The trailer reminds us of a far more artistic take on Steven Spielberg's 1971 movie, Duel and has our interest piqued. Scroll down to watch the trailer, but consider yourself warned, there's a brief moment of profanity.
2013 BMW R1200GS and HP4 duel at Circuito de Almeria
Wed, 05 Jun 2013The 2013 BMW HP4 is the track-ready version of the manufacturer's already mighty S1000RR, which puts the bike at the very tip top of the two-wheeled BMW food chain. The R1200GS, meanwhile, is intended to be a somewhat more utilitarian machine. Capable of conveying both rider and gear over vast distances and uncertain terrain, the big-boy GS is the Swiss army knife to the HP4's rapier. Or at least that's what we've always been led to believe. BMW recently rolled out some footage during a press launch that showed the R1200GS is actually no slouch when it comes time to sling around a road course.
The company threw both bikes on Spain's Circuito de Almeria for a little sparring match, and miraculously, the HP4 didn't just up and walk away from the R1200GS. From from it. Instead, the two stay tightly matched through most of the course before something surprising happens. We won't spoil the ending for you. Is it possible the rider on the HP4 still had some in reserve? Sure, but from the sound and look of things, neither bike was giving an inch. Check out all the video action below for yourself.
