This Buick Reatta is in excellent shape, and has been very well taken care of. There were low production numbers for this model, this year. Only 2132 convertibles were produced in 1990.
The convertible top is still in very good shape and unlike other tops with a plastic window for the rear, this one is glass, and it also had defroster built into it.
The owner upgraded the wheels to a set of Cadillac Seville wheels with Goodyear Viva II tires which gives it a cleaner look with its polished appearance. Owner also has original wheel with a set of Michelin Mx4 tires.
The interior seats, door panels, armrests, steering wheel are all in excellent shape. The right horn button is not working however.
Blue leather interior with blue trim runs inside. The driver seat is controlled electronically for its adjustments.
The Auto Check report shows 4 owners and no accidents, mileage was not recorded throughout the cars entire life, but the most recent shows 60,000+ miles.
Stereo head unit has been upgraded to a JVC unit, it has inputs for aux which would allow ipod or phone to be plugged in and then listen to your own playlist. You could also put your music on a USB drive and play it through this unit.
There is storage behind each seat, in the center, between seats, and in the dash glove compartment.
Both the headliner and outside appearance of the top are very good. The top is opened and closed manually. Even with it being manually, it is easily done by one person in under a minute.
The A/C has been converted from R12 to R134A.
As you can see, the undercarriage is in very good condition.
Tires are in very good condition with plenty of miles left to go on them.

Considering that crossovers are a rapidly growing portion of the US auto market, it's not surprising to hear that General Motors is preparing to build even more of them. The company is investing $63 million to expand its Lansing Delta Township Assembly plant that builds Lambda platform CUVs like the Chevrolet Traverse, GMC Acadia and Buick Enclave. According to GM, the expansion will add roughly 263,000 extra square feet of space to the plant. Of that, 181,000 square feet will be for an updated body shop with cutting-edge robots. There will also be 54,000 square feet of additional room in the paint shop and 28,000 square feet of more area for general assembly. GM isn't saying as much, but there is the possibility that this extra space could allow for additional models produced at the factory. Cadillac reportedly dropped plans to build a three-row SUV on the Lambda platform earlier this year, however, dealers for the luxury brand were recently pitched the possibility of adding large and small CUVs, an ATS convertible or a sedan below the ATS.
It's not unusual for there to be a lag between an automaker announcing a recall and the official documentation showing up on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration website. So it's no surprise that a recent GM campaign took about a month to appear in its official capacity. However, there appears to be some big differences between the two reports with potential safety implications. In late June, GM announced that it needed to recall 181,984 examples of the Chevrolet Trailblazer, Buick Rainier, GMC Envoy, Isuzu Ascender and Saab 9-7x from the 2005-2007 model years, plus the 2006 Chevy Trailblazer EXT and 2006 GMC Envoy XL. The new documents paint a slightly different picture with 184,611 needing repaired and different model years listed. The reason for the fix is still the same, though. It's possible for fluid to contact the master power window switch module in the driver's door, which can corrode the part. Eventually this could cause a short circuit, leaving the buttons inoperable and potentially leading to a fire. But the new NHTSA documents add an important note: "A fire could occur even while the vehicle is not in use. As a precaution, owners are advised to park outside until the remedy has been made."
General Motors and its Chinese partners have announced their second recall in the People's Republic this year, following a 2,653-unit recall of the Cadillac SRX earlier this year. This latest recall affects nearly 1.5 million cars built between 2006 and 2012. It's not explicitly stated, but as there's no movement from the US NHTSA, we suspect that the cars in question were all Chinese-built rather than imports. The vast majority of the affected vehicles are Buick Excelles (pictured), with 1.2 million units being recalled over a faulty bracket that's meant to secure the fuel pump. The Excelles in question were built between 2006 and 2012, while an additional 250,000 Chevrolet Sail superminis, built between April 2009 and October 2011, are being recalled for a similar reason. According to the PRC's Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the faulty bracket could crack and potentially cause a fuel leak.
