This Riviera spent its life south of Louisville Kentucky & has NEVER been on salt or snow & has NEVER been smoked in nor has the lighter ever been used. These older Riviera's are great quality cars & new in 92 listed at around $25,000 & that made it one of the highest priced production cars on the highway. This Riv is in very nice original condition for a 22 year old car & my reserve is less than the depreciation on a new $35,000 car after it drives off the dealers lot!!, or about the cost to repaint a car today in a reputable body shop!!. This car is sort of collectable & a great car to drive or take to local car shows. I bought this Riviera in 2011 & had it transported to Wisconsin. The car had 110,000 miles when I purchased it & I have driven it 10,000 miles, or about 5000 miles per year, (summers only) & stored it all winter. The car is a Jade Green with a Tan leather interior & loaded with every option & everything works. Also the interior is very clean, no cracks or tears on seats or door panels & leather is still very soft & comfortable, 6 way power on BOTH front seats, power mirrors, automatic air & heat etc. The electric closing trunk has all it original interior components, spare, jacks, tools etc. I completely went over the car, new tires,alignment, brakes, & checked all the front end components etc, new headliner, new electric in tank fuel pump, tune up etc. I drove it to N.C. & back, trouble free, 2400 miles round trip & it gets close to 30 mpg.Car has the top of the line 6 band equalizer radio with a CD & tape deck center console. I think the CD player works but not the tape deck which I am sure can be fixed if you wish, radio works great & features speakers front & back & all controlable to switch any way you wish. All gauges work & car carries great oil pressure Sun roof works great & does not leak. I cant see where the car has ever been in a accident, all original paint, but I can see where it was repainted below the body moulding due to rock chips etc. Vinyl half top is original & soft like new, no cracking, glass all fine. Starts & runs & shifts smooth. I am selling due to owning a 87 Riv, & a Chrysler Crossfire I bought new BUT the main reason is you cannot legally put a trailer hitch on a 92 Riviera so the owners manual says & I have a small boat to take to the boat landing so I put a hitch on my 87, which is legal so I do not need the 92. Buick shows off new Ultra Luxury Interior for LaCrosse
Sun, 27 Apr 2014The options sheet of the 2014 Buick LaCrosse gets all kinds of fancy with the addition of the Ultra Luxury Interior. Pointing its Tri-Shield logo at the world of haute luxury, the cabin treatment combines sangria leather with ebony accents, shadow tamo ash wood trim and a microsuede headliner to "drive fashion forward."
You'll need to start with LaCrosse models with the 3.6-liter V6 and either the Leather, Premium or Premium II trims to go all Brioni and Buckingham on the cabin, and the privilege package will run you $2,495. We're told that you won't find such contrasting hues anywhere else in the class, though, and that kind of exclusivity might make any price a bargain.

2014 Buick LaCrosse updated with new styling, tech
Mon, 25 Mar 2013Buick might have one of the smallest lineups among major automakers, but by the time the 2014 model rolls around, it will definitely have one of the freshest. Debuting at the New York Auto Show this week, the 2014 Buick LaCrosse receives numerous styling changes inside and out, and it benefits from many of the same new features found on closely related models like the Cadillac XTS and the 2014 Chevrolet Impala.
Exterior changes are relatively minor, but they still help give the car a fresh, new look. The new face of the 2014 LaCrosse fits in with recently new or redesigned Buick models with its oversized waterfall grille, LED-trimmed headlights and the signature hood vents being moved to the side of the hood rather than the top. Similar changes have been made to the rear, like the reshaped LED taillights, the full-width chrome trim and a new fascia design; LaCrosse models equipped with the 3.6-liter V6 will still get the integrated exhaust finishers but they're executed in a more stylish manner than the current model. Finishing off the exterior, new wheel designs are also being introduced, which will include bringing 20-inch wheels to the sedan's option list.
Inside, Buick redesigned almost the entire cabin to create a more luxurious and upscale appearance. The instrument panel is essentially carried over, but pretty much everything else has been redesigned and updated with the biggest change being to the driver's area. Dual eight-inch configurable displays make up the center stack and gauge cluster, while the overall number of buttons have been reduced from 17 down to just seven. The 2014 LaCrosse will also be offered with the next-generation IntelliLink, which receives many of the same enhancements as Chevy's latest version of MyLink adding better customization, improved voice commands and more features including Pandora. Additionally, new door panels, seat and center console complete the LaCrosse's interior redesign.
Buick Envision to go on sale in third quarter of 2015
Mon, 06 Oct 2014Following an earlier concept and successive teasers, Buick revealed the new Envision crossover a little over a month ago. The thing is, it was launched in China, for China. The question, then, is whether it will make the jump to the North American market. And the answer is: quite possibly.
According to division sales chief Duncan Aldred in speaking to Edmunds, Buick is looking into the prospect of bringing the Envision to the US: "We can't confirm anything, but clearly it is a very nicely designed and executed product that is very much a Buick," said Aldred.
If and when the compact crossover would appear in US showrooms, it would slot in between the smaller Encore and the larger Enclave. It would likely be offered in front-wheel drive, all-wheel drive and mild hybrid configurations. Sources expect it to arrive in the third quarter of 2015 as a competitor to the likes of the Mercedes GLA, Lexus NX and Lincoln MKC.
