This is a very good running 55 wagon from California and a real attention getter, You just do not see the wagons very often and Everyone just loves this car. It has the original paint colors which is Navajo tan/ India ivory. The interior is beautiful. They did a fantastic job: The car has 6 cyl with 3 speed and factory overdrive which works great. I drive 65mph no problem There is a cd player installed in the glove box and the speaker box in the back can be unplugged and moved out in seconds. The engine holds between 60 and 70 pounds of oil pressure when it is hot. The motor has very few miles on it. The speedometer is not working but the odometer does work, I just use my GPS for the speedometer. The car shows just little under 58000 miles not sure if that is correct or if is 158000 miles. This is a great driver quality car to enjoy on weekends or drive daily. It is not a 100 point show car.  This car has a nice body and the paint shine is very nice, It looks GREAT!! The car steers great not sloppy and no shaking on the interstate. I had plans on keeping this car and hate to sell it but buisness calls so it is for sale. This auction may end before reserve is met due to local advertisment. Please call Mark with any questions! 740-260-2282 The car is being sold in !!AS IS CONDITION!! NO WARRANTY!! Camaro spy shots show subtly different grille, front fascia

Sun, 03 Feb 2013

It looks like there some changes in store for the Chevrolet Camaro - the only thing is that we just don't know what Chevy has up its sleeve. Looking at these spy shots, we'd initially be inclined to think that there is just a minor facelift or a new special edition, but upon closer inspection, there are a few oddities about this car that definitely have us intrigued.
The most obvious difference on this prototype is the slightly restyled front fascia with a smaller lower air inlet and the two-bar grille. Then we get to some of the car's mysterious details. For starters, this fascia has the SS vent above the grille, but it looks to be blocked off. Granted this could just be a one-off piece used for testing. What really piqued our interest was at the rear of the car where it has quad exhaust outlets that are used on the ZL1. Could this be the LS7-powered Camaro that we reported on back in December?
At this point, your guess is as good as ours as to what we're looking at here, so let us know in the comments what you think this could be.

Feds open investigation into Chevy Express, Ford Freestar rust issues

Wed, 28 Dec 2011

'Tis the season... for road salt. And with that, comes rust. And what does rust bring? Well, for Ford and General Motors, a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration investigation. According to The Detroit News, NHTSA is looking into potential recalls issues with Chevrolet Express vans and Ford Freestar minivans.
The feds have received five complaints that rust has caused leaking fuel filler pipes on 2003 Express vans. Separately, seven complaints have been filed over excessive rust in the rear wheel wells of 2004 Ford Freestar and Mercury Monterey minivans. The Freestar and Monterey went out of production in 2007. Neither issue has resulted in any crashes or injuries, according to the report.
