This is a 1986 Chevy Stepside. 454 big block rebuilt with low miles. 700R4 transmission. Has headers with Flow Master mufflers. Interior has not ben butchered, still has bench seat. Previous owner installed newer radio. Has some nicks and a scratch next to driver dood, (from my pocket knife clip). The wooden bed could use a sanding and a coat of polly. Gets about 15 mpg around town. Mileage is on rebuilt engine. This truck is a real looker. It is for sale locally and I reserve the right to pull from eBay anytime. I have done my best to describe the truck. Local pick up is ok, shipping is on you. Bank holds title. The VIN listed is not correct, because I don't want to share that with the world.
Wife said to thin the heard, so this is going for sale. It was this or my bike.

After a bright-yellow false start, here is the real thing: the fourth-generation, 2015 Corvette Z06. If Chevrolet makes a ZR1 version of the C7 Corvette, it's going to be absolutely mega, because the Z06 is just about everything we got in the last ZR1, but better.
Steve McQueen's last movie car, now Pawn Stars-owned, up for auction [w/video]
Sun, 03 Feb 2013The last car Steve McQueen ever drove in a movie is officially up for auction. The 1951 Chevrolet Styline DeLuxe Convertible you see above is now owned by none other than Rick Harrison of Pawn Stars fame, but once ferried McQueen around the set of his last film, 1980's The Hunter. That flick saw the Bullit star play a bumbling bounty hunter and didn't exactly set the box office on fire. McQueen bought the car after production wrapped, and four years later it sold at his estate sale at the Imperial Palace in Las Vegas.
Flash forward to 2003, and the convertible received a full restoration back to near-stock specifications. Hagerty Insurance estimates the car to be worth around $45,000 without the significant providence. Given its ties to one of film's most popular gearheads, the old Chevrolet could fetch up to 10 times that when it goes under the gavel in Ft Luaderdale, Florida on March 22. Supercharged, 6.2-liter V8? Check. Seven-speed manual? Check. Obsession with weight? Check.
What did you expect when Chevrolet said it was bringing a new Corvette variant to the 2014 New York Auto Show? Maybe a sticker and trim package, like the C6 Corvette Grand Sport or a tie-in deal like the Black Widow car from Chicago? On the opposite end, maybe there was an even more hardcore Z06 waiting in the wings. Who knew?
