Selling a 1995 chevy 3500 mason dump. I bought the truck running but had an issue with power. We started to look into the motor and needed more than it would cost to get another engine. I knew someone who had the full motor and we swapped it. Truck itself has 160,000 on it motor has 30,000 on rebuild. I had bought the truck for frame and body. It was in excellent condition. no rust at all except one of the storage doors. Tires have good tread, dump works perfect. Interior is almost flawless. i ran into some financial problems and couldnt finish the truck. Motor is in. It has brand new starter, alternator, glowplugs, hoses. All fluids are done. All it needs now is a timing adjustment, and new waterpump gasket. I have brand new batteries for it, a clean title, and new front brake pads. This is probably the cleanest 1995 u will find. I also bought 15 cans of red spray paint, underbody and gloss black to touch up areas.

I will even throw in the old motor. Engine block is good, still has all lines, injectors, and fuel system i just swapped the other stuff over.

I will tow the truck for you if it is within distance.

GM throttles back Chevy Malibu, Buick LaCrosse production over swollen inventories

As inventory of the Chevrolet Malibu and Buick LaCrosse continues to pile up, General Motors will be idling its Fairfax Assembly Plant for two weeks, according to Automotive News. This move comes about a month after the plant was shut down for three weeks in late December and early January for the same reason. As of January 31, the GM had a 94-day supply of Malibu stock while the LaCrosse was a little worse with a 117-day supply.
Just last week, GM announced that it would be investing $600 million in upgrading this plant, but it's unclear what future plans the company has in store for Fairfax considering slow sales of both the plant's models. We do expect a refreshed and more luxurious LaCrosse shortly and an early design update for the Malibu to be announced at some point this year, although we have had no official word as to when either will happen.

GM recalls Chevy Express, GMC Savana over rollaway concern

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a recall notice for a small number of General Motors fullsize vans due to possible rollaway concerns. On certain 2013 Chevrolet Express and 2013 GMC Savana models, it is possible to remove the key from the ignition without the shifter being in park.
Only 980 total units are being affected by this recall, and GM is fixing the issue by replacing the ignition cylinder and associated keys. Affected Chevy vans were built during most of November and December while its GMC counterpart was only built for a week in November. The recall goes into effect on January 23, and to find out if your vehicle applies to the recall, the GM and NHTSA contact numbers can be found on the official recall notice, which is posted below.
