1971 Chevelle SS, 400 Crate motor with only 2000 miles on it, Frame on complete restoration, garage kept, current registration and inspection, His and Her Shifter on the floor, Edelbrock Carburator, Authentic paint and color for 1971 year model with racing stripes in correct placement. Dual exhaust, sounds amazing, pure power through and through, runs beautifully, Wide 50 rear tires, true mechanical masterpiece Has working radio/tape player and is wired for a disc changer to be added in the trunk. To our knowledge, she only needs a new speedometer cable, as its never been accurate. When driven, it always gets a wave and people ask questions about it. Interior is beautiful with SS trim and no damage to seats or carpet. Dash lights work, Has an "on the tree" steering column but isn't being used and the shifter has been removed, I didn't put it there, was there when I bought it, The floor shifter is being used with the automatic transmission. Right now, it appears as if the C7 will hit shelves in Torch Red, though we don't know if other colors are planned as well. Gathering intel and rumors, magnesium and aluminum contribute to the Silverado's weight loss plan, the purported "High Country" top-tier trim will contribute to luxury pickup truck competition and profit margins and the next-generation small-block V8 will contribute to improved fuel economy. On the engine note, there have been rumors of available V6 engines, and when Facebook user John Jones asked "Where's your answer to that EcoBoost Chevy?", the Bowtie replied "stay tuned on the 13th. We think you'll be pleased...".
Along with the "Raise the Bar" tag, Chevrolet says of the Silverado, "You asked, we delivered." You can watch the reveal live on Chevrolet's Facebook page at 9:30 am EST, this Thursday, December 13.
