Engine:6cyl
Drive Type: 3spd manual
Model: Chevelle
Mileage: 222,000
Trim: 2dr sedan
I have a 1972 Chevelle project car. I have everything but motor, inner fenders, grill and carpet. I have 2 new fenders for the car that have never been on or touched. I do have the seats for the car the are a dark green/hunter green color and both are bench seats. The car has not been touched, it is still a virgin so you dont have to fix anyone else mistakes. The car does need rear quarters, the floor pan under the rear seat needs a small patch and it needs a trunk pan/trunk pan patches. The car was an original 6cyl 3spd on the tree car, I still have the original transmission that is suppose to be good. I have the hood, front bumper, back glass, drivetrain, and all that stuff not pictured. The car is in really good shape compared to most that I have seen. The buyer is responsable for pick up of all parts and car, the car is sitting in parts as seen in the picture is how the car is sitting now .Some parts will fit in the car others will need to be in the bed of a truck or in a trailer. Parts are in a storage building right now so they are out of the weather. I also have original owners manual and emissions book, they are a little rough but still readable. I have clear title in hand, I would consider trades of equal value if the car does not sell but would prefer cash. This is an untouched Chevelle and I will not just give this car away, I do not have to sell the car so if I cant get what im asking I will keep it. Feel free to message me with any questions and I will give my cell number out threw message only if you would like to talk to me about the car. Thanks and have a nice day.

2014 Chevrolet Malibu gets more torque, more room and inspiration from the Impala
Fri, 31 May 2013The 2014 Chevrolet Malibu, having stared at the Impala across the showroom floor for a year, gets nips and tucks all over inspired by its larger brother. The 2.5-liter four-cylinder in the base car will get a stop-start system and 23 city miles per gallon, 35 highway, each number representing a one-mpg improvement over the 2013 car. Output is 196 horsepower and 186 pound-feet of torque.
Opt for the 2.0-liter turbo and, while power holds steady at 259 hp, torque goes up by 14 percent to a striking 295 lb-ft (a figure Chevy calls best in the class). The final details include newly programmed transmission shift points and faster shifts, for better engaging and enjoying the added power.
Looks-wise, the grille's been reshaped to be more in line with the new Chevrolet look, a narrower upper grille hovering over a larger lower grille.

The story of the 2014 Chevrolet SS: "Luxury, power, refinement, handling"
Thu, 07 Mar 2013Not including the women and men who built it, the 2014 Chevrolet SS has only been seen in person by a piddling number of people - fewer humans than would fill the gymnasium at a high school volleyball game. Not including the men and women who built it, no one has driven it. Even so, it is already saddled with two controversies: the way it looks and the way it shifts.
First to that shifting. Did we love the last Americanized Holden, the awesomely sportsome Pontiac G8 GXP, and its six-speed manual? Of course. Do we wish the SS came with a six-speed manual? Of course. But we'd like a toboggan to come with a manual transmission. We'd put a manual transmission on a weasel if we could because we're just wired that way; if it moves, it should come with a stick and a clutch. Or at least the option.
Let's climb down off the ledge, though. We haven't driven the SS and we have no idea how good (or not) the automatic is. And the Hobson's Choice in transmissions when it comes to sport sedans like the BMW M5, Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG and Jaguar XFR-S and, oh yeah, cars-that-really-should-have-manuals like the Audi R8 and Nissan GT-R and Porsche 918 and every single Lamborghini and Ferrari, for instance, hasn't stopped us from enjoying what is clearly the gruesome, dual-clutched demise of Western automotive civilization. Because in spite of our ululations at the dying of the six-speed light, we understand.
