Or email directly at cmatkins3 (at) yahoo (dot) com and I can send them to you. Contact me with trade offers via email.

There is a lien on the car and the title will be at my bank when the buyer arrives, however the sale must take place during bank hours so the title can be released.

Selling/trading my Magnacharged C6 Z51 3LT Machine Silver Metallic. It currently has 56xxx miles (May change as I drive on good days), the guy I bought it from used it to commute (30-45 min one way) so it has a ton of miles up and down I81! (Blower was not installed until Oct 2012, 2k miles ago) Car made 630WHP and 580 WTQ (Unbelievably flat TQ curve!) on only 6lbs with 3.4 pulley.

I hate to part with this car as I have put a lot of money into it, but I really want a built auto to take to the drag strip. This car has never been raced and I do not really want to put it through me

learning
how to launch a manual, so I will post it for sale in hopes that I can find an auto car. It has a ton of mods and I will try to list them all.

I am really looking for a BUILT auto C5/C6 that I can take to the strip, but honestly I will consider many different trade offers. GTR, Z06, 08 Up Viper, Lotus Exige/Elise (Trade down only on Lotus), Just send me what you have. I really do not mind if the trade is plus or minus cash (Trade could be plus as much as 10grand cash, and any C5 needs to be your car plus at least 10grand cash for
loan
purposes)

The car is in good shape. I say good because while I was jacking it up the roller on my jack broke, slipped off the jacking puck and the jack pushed up into the driver's fender. It is not noticable until you look close, but I have not had the time to drop it by a body shop. I did however buy paint so I can include that. The only rock chips I have found on the entire car are in the clear bra. The only other thing I must mention is when the gauges were being installed in the Apillar some solder was dropped on the plate on the doorsill (obviously not a big
deal
since you can replace these pretty cheap if you want)

Performance Mods:
Tuned by PJ at Blackops Motorsports (Never seen a driveability tune so good!) (It is a very rich tune for reliability) $500
Magnuson TVS2300 (Only 2k miles on this) $6000
3.4 inch front pulley installed, will include 3.2 and 3 inch which have never been used

Ported LS3 heads w/solid SS valves (Texas Speed) (Roller Rockers) $2000
Lingenfelter GT-11 Cam

home

from buying it and it flew onto the interstate! lol )
Z06 Spider Wheels (Cyber Grey, 2k miles) $1000
Nitto NT05R Rears 345/19 (2k miles)
Nitto NT05 Fronts 275/18 (2k miles) $1200 (for set)
Modified Viper seats with original motors/movements $1100
APSIS Carbon Fiber pieces on interior
Dbottom steering wheel from DSVettes
Pioneer AVIC Z2 (upgraded to Z3) Head unit, NAV, 10 gig hardrive, bluetooth, XM, and IPOD Connections
Padded center console by DSvettes
White face gauges
Tripple Pod pillar with AFR, Fuel, and Boost $700
Tinted windows
Versashield front clear bra
The previous owner did some Alcatara inserts on a few different places (accents the carbon fiber nicely)
It is also hardwired to have a Radar Detector installed in the back between the seats, but detector is not included.

I may be missing a few things, but that is most of it. I have bought and sold several Vettes on the forum in the last few years (including one that had to go go across the Canadian border) so I have been through the process and all the legalities involved with selling a car, especially one with a lean. My bank is very easy to work with and I would have the title sitting at the bank waiting for the new owner I am a very straight shooter, that is why I listed the few problems with the car and I will answer any and all questions any of you have as fast as possible.

$500 non refundable deposit is required within 24hrs of auctions end, and Full payment must be received within 10 days of auctions end unless other plans have been made with me (such as flight dates, etc.)

If paying with Cashier's check I will need one check for payoff amount (total will be disclosed after auction end) and one to me personally for the remainder. Odd request, but I do not want the extra money going into my acount for personal reasons.

Obviously this car is for sale locally and the auction could end at any time.

The local airport (LYH) is literally a mile from my house and I can pick you up if you fly in.

"Turbo" Chevrolet Camaro is a 700-HP fantasy car come to life [w/video]

Thu, 07 Feb 2013

For a concept car built to promote an animated movie about a snail that wants to go racing, this thing ain't half bad. The outsized monster you see before you started life as a Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, and then went through a big-time Hollywood makeover before being positioned on the Chevrolet stand here in Chicago.
This 2013 "Turbo" Camaro Coupe is getting the promotion machine ratcheted up for a new DreamWorks tale by the name of, you guessed it, Turbo. Coming this summer, the movie will follow one snail's quest to become a race driver worthy of making the cut at the Indy 500. Like many DreamWorks vehicles before it, we're guessing that the petrolhead snail will star in a movie that adults (especially racing fans) with have no trouble watching with their kids. Check out the trailer below to see if you agree.
As for the car, we're told that it is "instrumental" in transforming Turbo from snail into racer. Helping the beastly pony car in this mighty task, is an ankle-cracking front splitter matched by a ungodly huge rear wing out back, a COPO hood and a supercharged (yes, supercharged) V8 engine making more than 700 horsepower. 24-inch wheels all the way around - 10-inches wide in front and 15-inches wide in back - should allow the "Turbo" Camaro to hook up with ease, as well.

GM warning 800,000 owners that their cars may need oil changes more frequently than they say

Fri, 05 Apr 2013

The days of changing your engine oil every 3,000 miles are long gone thanks to most cars having automatic oil monitoring systems, but about 800,000 General Motors vehicles apparently have incorrect monitoring software that is leading to premature engine component wear. According to Autoweek, certain 2010-2012 Buick LaCrosse, Regal, Chevrolet Equinox and GMC Terrain models equipped with 2.4-liter four-cylinder engines could be going too long in between oil changes resulting in a higher-than-normal number of warranty claims for the engine's balance chain. The balance chain links the balance shaft to the crankshaft, and a worn one can produce higher noise levels.
As a fix, GM dealers will be reprogramming the software for the monitors in an effort to reduce the interval between oil changes, which varies based on driving habits and conditions. Through February 2015, the software update will be done at no cost to vehicle owners, but since this is not a recall, after that point, it will be up to the discretion of dealers as to whether or not they will charge for the service. What isn't immediately clear is whether GM plans on giving assistance to out-of-warranty customers who are experiencing engine issues from the worn chain.

GM won't pay owners of recalled cars for lost value

Thu, 12 Jun 2014

Kenneth Feinberg, the man in charge of the General Motors compensation fund dealing with the its widespread ignition switch woes, has issued an informal, two-letter response to the plaintiffs in more than 70 lawsuits seeking redress for lost resale value of their Cobalts: "No." The cases were recently combined into one, but Feinberg told The Detroit News that the fund will deal "only with death and physical injury claims," and that "perceived diminished value" will get no consideration.
ALG, the firm specializing in establishing residual values, determined that Cobalt owners had lost $300 compared to the segment competition and doesn't envision any long-term effects from the recall situation. Feinberg's statement comes in advance of public details on how the compensation fund will work and adheres to GM's long-held position on the matter. The company has already asked a judge to throw out such suits using the pre-bankruptcy defense, even as it stopped using that defense in cases of injury and death.
With plenty of potential gain from the GM suit, however, don't expect the plaintiffs to give up yet. When Toyota was sued for the same reason during the unintended acceleration debacle, it eventually settled the case for between $1 billion and $1.4 billion just to get it over with. Since the 85 law firms involved in the Toyota litigation took home more than $250 million of that total, we shouldn't expect the attorneys to give up on a GM payout, either.
