1970 Chevy Kingswood wagon. Great running and driving wagon with less than 500 miles on rebuilt motor and transmission. The interior is extra clean and original. The driver side foot area needs a patch panel, and it has been bought and comes with the car. It was a factory A/C car but the parts have been taken out of the engine compartment. (would be easy to re install.) The engina has had the oil changed at 20 minutes of running, at 50 miles, 100 miles and is almost to the 500 mile oil change. Very clean and detailed engine compartment. Custom dual snorkel air cleaner made from the original with a added original snorkel from another matching air cleaner. Good older paint that still has shine for a clean driver. It is popular at car shows.
This car runs and drives well. It does not have rear end noises or other issues. I do not see it needing anything to drive it without problems. It is not, by my thinking, totally broken in yet and should be treated that way.
New parts: carb, Accel Dist. and wires, dual exhaust, battery,water pump, alternator, front rubber brake lines, heater core, tires (with 375 miles on them), car cover and a few others probably that I have not thought of.
Parts included with car: Complete Disc brake conversion kit that includes ( stainless lines and rubber lines, brake booster with brackets and rods, master cylinder, per portioning valve, and ready to bolt on rotors, brackets, calipers etc. Complete tilt column, 3 NOS GM tail light lenses, NOS grill Chevrolet emblem, and new rear tailgate window outer seal. Floor pan patch for driver side foot area. Spare tailgate window and rear side windows. Spare tailgate window motor and drive gear. Spare rear seat back window power switch control and complete courtesy light with chrome bezel.

As promised, Chevrolet and GMC are offering a live webcast of the world premiere for the all-new 2014 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500. After being teased with spy shots and blurry images like the one above for ages, now is the time to see the trucks in the metal, for real (well, as 'real' as it gets on a webcast, at any rate).

GM to make most cars LTE hotspots for 2015
Mon, 25 Feb 2013General Motors isn't the first automaker to deliver in-car Internet access, but a proposed plan announced today could make the technology more widespread than any of its competitors have offered. By the 2015 model year, most Chevrolet, Buick, Cadillac and GMC products in the US and Canada will offer 4G LTE mobile broadband access. Initially, GM will just be pairing with AT&T to deliver this service, but additional carriers will be revealed in the future.
Current in-car Wi-Fi hot spots are limited to 3G, but GM says that 4G LTE is 10 times faster than 3G service and will allow for full Internet access, including streaming video for entertainment as well as services like real-time traffic updates and navigation driving directions. There is also no need for a paired smartphone with this new system, which should make it easier to use, and GM and AT&T will also be working together to develop new apps for customers.
Buyers can expect to start seeing 4G LTE in their cars starting next year, and GM is already planning to expand the service to other global markets as well. All of the information from GM's announcement is posted in a press release below.
NHTSA could add 1M cars to GM recall

The Detroit Free Press is reporting that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration may expand a recall campaign for faulty brake lamps. The agency is currently looking into complaints that certain 2004-2011 Chevrolet Malibu models as well as some 2007-2009 Saturn Aura sedans may have brake lights that do not illuminate when the driver presses the pedal. Alternatively, the lamps may also illuminate without input from the driver. General Motors recalled 8,000 Pontiac G6 models from the 2005 model year for the same problem, and NHTSA is currently investigating whether to add 550,000 more G6 models built between 2005 and 2009 to the list for the same issue.
In addition, investigators are currently examining 97 complaints from Malibu and Aura owners with the same trouble. If NHTSA adds those models to the recall campaign, more than one million units could be covered. GM, meanwhile, says there have been no accidents or injuries as a result of the problem.
