Up for sell is a 1971 Chevelle Malibu.
Car runs & drives has front disk brakes car has real 5 good tires and 5 wheels. Paint is not good. Car shifts smooth it has a brand new transmission. Motor runs but is smoking not the original engine but she fires right up. Frame is good/solid on passanger side there is a small dent in the frame but does not effect the way it drives. Front end is good and brakes good car has very minimal bondo and it has never been cut this is a great driving project car. Trunk is perfect drain plugs have not been removed floor pans are good except left passenger rear quarter has small rust. Left/Right door will need one hinge each. Interior dash by radio has been cut but has good headliner & door-panels car has tilt steering power front disk brakes and power steering. All glass is there. Over-all car is solid but the engine smokes good candidate for restoration. NO RESERVE BUT I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE EARLY AS THE CAR IS FOR SELL LOCALLY WE RUN CLEAN EBAY AUCTIONS SO NO FEEDBACK BIDDERS UNDER 10 OR IF FEEDBACK HISTORY IS NO GOOD YOU WILL BE BLOCKED NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! Veyron and C7 Corvette join cast of Transformers 4
Wed, 29 May 2013Like the Fast & Furious franchise, the Michael Bay-directed series of Transformers movies has become known as much for its bad acting as its impressive lineup of cars. As filming just started for Transformers 4, Bay's website has confirmed two new cars for the next installment as well as a makeover for everyone's favorite tractor trailer hero, Optimus Prime.
Joining the cast of T4 are a "race-inspired" Chevrolet Corvette Stingray and a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse. While Bay's website did not supply names for either car, Bugatti is reporting on its Facebook page that the Veyron will join the Autobots. Speaking of the good guys, top Autobot Optimus Prime is getting an all-new body based on a Western Star with a gaudy appearance that was seemingly inspired by Trick My Truck - right down to the six smoke stacks and side pipes!
Chevy Corvette Stingray "colorizer" lets you chase the rainbow
Thu, 14 Feb 2013After you've convinced your better half to let you buy a new Corvette, then comes the hard part... actually figuring out which 'Vette you want. While Chevrolet has yet to release the official configurator for the 2014 Corvette Stingray, it did give us something else to kill some time playing around with.
The C7 Corvette "colorizer" recently went online, and it lets you look at the car in all of its available colors and wheel options from four different angles so that when this car does go on sale, you know exactly which one you want. It includes the Corvette's full pallet of colors including Torch Red, Laguna Blue and the hue you see above, Velocity Yellow. Toss in the black wheels, and we're sold. GM investing $167m in Spring Hill for new midsize vehicles
Tue, 06 Aug 2013General Motors has announced a large investment in its Spring Hill, Tennessee facility. The former home of Saturn production will be getting a $167 million addition to a previously announced $183 million, to cover a pair of new midsize vehicles. The investment is expected to create 1,800 jobs at the factory.
That $350 million is being divvied up for a pair of programs at Spring Hill. The first will take the bulk of the money ($223 million) and create 1,000 of the 1,800 jobs, while the other will take the remaining $127 million and generate the leftover 800 positions. But GM says the investment will cover "midsize vehicle programs." So what could they be?
The leading candidate in our minds is a new crossover for Buick, called the Anthem, that will slot between the Encore and Enclave, but will be slightly smaller than the Equinox and Terrain. As we've explained, the new model will likely be the first product to sport GM's new D2UX platform, which will eventually replace both the Delta and Theta platforms. Spring Hill is already building the Equinox, so there could be some credence to this theory.
