UP FOR SALE IS MY PRIZED 2005 CHRYSLER CROSSFIRE
I am sad to part with this but I have to move ASAP for a new job I just took and cant bring this and my Benz + Volvo SUV with me. My loss is your gain. The car runs great and has been regularly serviced. There are two known issues with the car:
- The starter needs to be either replaced or a fuse needs to be swapped out. I havent had time to go have this done but the mechanic told me its a relatively inexpensive thing to provide peace of mind moving forward
- The interior ceiling needed a staple as it started to give way. Where I live in Ohio currently, there are no interior experts that can re-do but I did have it quoted in new york ($150 to fix)
Tires have good tread on them, I only put the best oil in (synthetic from Jiffy Lube) and took it to Menike who gave it a clean bill of health (outside the starter).
Please ask all questions that you might have. Enjoy!

Chrysler readying Hellcat V8 with Viper-like power
Tue, 21 May 2013A monstrous supercharged V8 engine could be in store for Chrysler and SRT products, if recent rumors are to be believed. Allpar is reporting that the forced-induction V8 - Chrysler's first, if this goes down - could make its debut this summer.
The story goes that the Hellcat would be based on a 6.2-liter Hemi engine, rather than on the existing 5.7- or 6.4-liter versions of the company's vaunted mill. In any case, the general consensus is that the motor will have gobs of power. Modest estimates call for between 500 to 570 horsepower, with some outliers predicting a figure as high as 600 hp. That figure would put the output would place the Hellcat awfully close to that of the 640-hp V10 in the SRT Viper, too. Allpar contends that a slightly lower powered version would allow Chrysler to keep costs below that of the more powerful Ford Shelby GT500, which might be a sweet spot.
The Hellcat could debut in a number of SRT products. SRT versions of the Charger, Challenger and 300 are all up for grabs, as is the rumored SRT Barracuda.
Chrysler UConnect wins AOL Autos Technology of the Year Award
Wed, 09 Jan 2013The first annual AOL Autos Technology of the Year Award has been won by Chrysler's upgraded UConnect system.
Over 35 entries were considered and narrowed down to six finalists in three categories: Connectivity, Telematics and Active Safety. The judges, which included editors from AOL Autos, Autoblog and Engadget, as well as a number of other auto and tech journalists and luminaries, chose UConnect over the MyFord Mobile app, Audi Connect with Google Maps, Cadillac CUE, Honda's LaneWatch technology and Nissan's Tire Pressure Alert and Refill System. Even readers who were polled on which technology should win chose UConnect.
AOL Autos Editor in Chief David Kiley remarked that Chrysler's UConnect deserved the first Technology of the Year Award not because of what it does, but for how UConnect performs every time it's used. Kiley went on to say UConnect works the way it's supposed to, fills a need and puts a smile on your face. By meeting those requirements, UConnect very much deserved AOL Auto's first Tech of the Year award.
