This is a very nice all original 1969 Coronet. The car is a one owner from 1969- 2010. It was owned by a guy in Virginia and was almost always in the garage.  The car is repainted once in the original green color as you can see in the pictures. It still got the original perfect green original interior that it with came from the factory!! I also being told the vinyl top is the factory one installed. The interior is stunning and also the paint. The engine compartment had a little touch up when the car was painted and looks great. I still have the original rims and it also comes with the American racing wheels shown in the pictures. I mounted a couple of lowering blocks for the suspension in the back but they can easily be removed if you prefer. This is a less then 25500 original miles car from 1969!!!!! The doors are tight as from factory and closes with a click. It have all original exhaust and runs quiet as delivered from factory. You can drive this beauty everywhere . The car is not restored and still got the under carrie sealant from factory. The original trunk carpet is still there but have a crack but looks good. Also the spare and jack is in place of course. I am a Mopar guy and had owned a lot of Mopars Superbird ,Several Coronets,Cudas etc,etc but this is the best unrestored i ever seen. The reason i am selling is that we moved to a ranch with a gravel road for access and i really think its a bad idea to drive it there. I would consider a trade for something fun that i can drive on the gravel road without feeling bad. I love old American cars and are open for everything. Or of course cash! I might consider a more expensive trade and money between or something less expensive tell me what you got i am always open for something FUN!!!!!  I will sell World wide but you will pay it in full before delivery! I can help with shipping! NO BS I am to old for that!!!!!

Coal-rolling Ram dually does tandem beer-shooting burnout with ATV in bed

Fri, 25 Jul 2014

Sometimes a video comes around that just makes you shake your head in disbelief. Take for example these guys from Nebraska in their dually diesel flatbed Ram, doing a smoky burnout. Lighting up the tires is nothing new, but these folks take things a step further by having another guy on an ATV in bed that is also smoking the tires. Finally, people are sitting on a couch in the bed taking the whole show in, as beer cans shoot out of the stacks.
There have been several stories recently about the scourge of rolling coal, i.e., diesel trucks modified to lay down a thick, black smoke screen, sometimes for vaguely political reasons. Whatever your opinion is on it, breathing in this much nasty stuff isn't exactly great for your health. Of course, it turns out that burning rubber is pretty awful, too. Both diesel and tire emissions contain cancer-causing Group 1 carcinogens. Combine them with the cigarette smoking here, and these guys are an oncologist's nightmare. Scroll down to take it all in for yourself. Warning, there is a little explicit language.

Dodge Challenger returns to Trans Am

Fri, 15 Aug 2014

NASCAR's Nationwide Series may have switched (in appearance anyway) to muscle cars, but American racing fans know that if they want to see real muscle cars on the street circuits, the only place to look is Trans Am. The all-American racing series is packed with Mustangs, Camaros and even Corvettes. The one thing it's been missing is the Dodge Challenger, but now SRT Motorsports has announced it's bringing its muscle car back where it belongs.
Rather than waiting until next year, the Miller Racing team is switching mid-season to the new Dodge Challenger SRT Trans Am racer you see here, just in time for this weekend's race at Mid-Ohio. And not just that - it's lined up a compelling pair of drivers to pilot it, as well.
The No. 11 car will be driven by Trans Am legend Tommy Kendall, a four-time series champion who's been off the grid since 2004. Backing him up in the No. 1 Challenger will be none other than Cameron Lawrence, the driver who has won five out of six races in the Chevy Camaro so far this season, losing out only once to American racing scion Adam Andretti.
