Hello, up for sale is one of my toys. I am selling it to simply free up some funds. It is paid for and I do not have to sell it, but I hate just seeing it sit the majority of the time so I am giving someone the opportunity to enjoy the Durango and get it out there more.
The durango was originally a 2001 SLT 4 wheel drive. It is now converted to 2 wheel drive with the Hemi swap. There was a major realastate issue with the 6.1 hemi oil pan and the front differential. I chose to convert it to 2WD as it does not see the winter weather anymore. The 6.1 hemi has a Comp Cams XFI273 cam in it and pretty much open 3" exhaust with dumps in front of the rear tires. It get pretty obnoxious when out getting on it! Better be careful in areas with noise ordanances! Neighbors with car alarms set will hate it when you take a romp down the street, LOL!! On the dyno the durnago is pushing 400hp at the wheel. It currently has 4.56 gear in it so hope you like buying tires! I ran 13.7 in the 1/4 with it with the big heavy 22" rims! I have some much lighter drag radials on rims that will go with. There is also a nitrous kit partially installed. The rest of the system will go with as well. If you are wanting to show it more than play with it, there is a larger much more of a show piece sub box that can go with too. It will need re-wired, but will come with the 2 15" subs, 2 12" subs, and 4 amplifiers that were originally on it. The prettier sub box is much heavier, but the Durango has load leveling assist to level it back up. I also have a hitch that goes with.
Please message me with any questions you may have.
Thanks for viewing, Dan

Dodge Challenger Scat Pack adds power and noise, with a warranty
Thu, 17 Apr 2014If you want to go fast, there's certainly nothing wrong with the Dodge Challenger SRT8. With 470 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque for 2014, there's certainly not much to complain about. But what if you want something more aftermarket in flavor? There's no shortage of options, but while turning to the tuner world will make your car plenty fast, that extra power won't just shred rear tires, it'll torch your warranty, as well. That's where Dodge's Scat Pack comes in.
With three stages of mods for both the 5.7 and 6.4-liter Hemi V8s Challenger (as well as the 5.7-liter Charger and, soon, the four-pot Dart), the Scat Pack cars give drivers all the power, aggression and noise of a heavily modded aftermarket car while maintaining the piece of mind provided by the Dodge warranty.
Power gets bumped up to 485 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque with the 6.4-liter Scat Pack, while the 5.7-liter can provide up to 58 hp and 47 lb-ft of torque to add to the stock engine's 375 horsepower and 410 pound-feet. It's the latter engine that can really get some work done, with upgrades ranging from the mundane - intake and exhaust - to the racy, like the ported heads and high-flow headers.
Dodge to reveal Hellcat-powered Challenger in Detroit?
Fri, 10 Jan 2014On top of all the other performance car debuts slated for next week's Detroit Auto Show, we might be able to add one more to the list - the new, supercharged Hellcat V8 from Chrysler. According to new reports, the rumored 640-horsepower mill is likely to cross the Motor City stage in the engine bay of a Dodge Challenger.
As AllPar points out, though, there may be more news than just the fire-breathing engine. While we've seen spy photos of the Hellcat testing under the hood of the current Challenger, there's a very fair chance that it won't arrive until the muscle car is refreshed later this year. The question now is whether that refresh will be shown off alongside the new engine in Detroit, or if it'll be saved, perhaps for the New York Auto Show.
Other details dug up by AllPar include potential transmissions for the supercharged engine - the Mopar-minded site is expecting an eight-speed automatic or a Tremec six-speed manual. Prices, meanwhile, could be in the same elevated range as the Chevrolet Camaro Z/28, at $70,000 to $80,000.
Dodge Journey gets new $24,895* SE V6 AWD model
Wed, 12 Mar 2014While the Dodge Journey crossover remains largely unchanged for the 2014 model year, there are two new flavors of the seven-passenger CUV on offer: the butch-looking Crossroad, and the SE V6 AWD, pictured right, which makes its debut today. As its name suggests, this new Journey model features the automaker's 3.6-liter Pentastar V6, and offers all-wheel drive, which, with a starting price of $24,895 (*excluding $995 for destination), reduces the cost-of-entry for an AWD-equipped Journey by $1,800 versus the SXT AWD model.
