Hello.. You are looking at my 1998.5 Dodge 24 Valve Cummins Turbo Diesel. I've owned this truck since the day it drove off the lot new. I've preformed all the maintenance and repairs on her myself since then. She is just a good old work horse that doesn't want to die. She's all original throughout. She has about 20K on a rebuilt NV4500 transmission, 40K on a new injection pump and (up graded) lift pump, and I just had to put a new starter in her a couple weeks ago. First one since '98. She has a 50/50 ceramic clutch that really made a world of difference for pulling. She was a daily drive up until a couple months ago. The only reason I having to let her go is because I had to replace her with an automatic for my wife. Of course, I got another Cummins.. Feel free to contact me with any questions.. Fri, 24 Aug 2012It happens every year. We bid adieu to some cars and trucks that will be missed, and say good riddance to others wondering how they stayed around so long. Whether they're being killed off for slow sales or due to a new product coming along to replace them, the list of vehicles being discontinued after 2012 is surprisingly long and diverse.
CNN Money has compiled a list of departing vehicles, to which we've added a few more of our own. In the slow sales column, cars like the Lexus HS 250h, Mercedes-Benz R-Class and the full Maybach lineup appear, while the Ford Escape Hybrid, Mazda CX-7 and Hyundai Veracruz are all having their gaps filled with more modern and more fuel-efficient alternatives. Obvious exceptions to the rule include models that still sell in decent numbers like the Jeep Liberty and the Chrysler Town & Country (which will eventually be replaced by a crossover-like vehicle).

Dodge Journey gets new $24,895* SE V6 AWD model
Wed, 12 Mar 2014While the Dodge Journey crossover remains largely unchanged for the 2014 model year, there are two new flavors of the seven-passenger CUV on offer: the butch-looking Crossroad, and the SE V6 AWD, pictured right, which makes its debut today. As its name suggests, this new Journey model features the automaker's 3.6-liter Pentastar V6, and offers all-wheel drive, which, with a starting price of $24,895 (*excluding $995 for destination), reduces the cost-of-entry for an AWD-equipped Journey by $1,800 versus the SXT AWD model.
