This car has complete documentation including all books, keys, Ferrari Flashlight, Laminated Window Sticker, Factory Vehicle Invoice and all Service Records.  Services are all up to date and have been performed by the original selling dealer, Ferrari of San Diego, in La Jolla, CA.  This is a very late year 2010 model delivered new on August 27, 2010 so the factory warranty is still valid until August 26, 2013.  The car is virtually perfect condition with no dings, marks or other blemishes.  I purchased the car from the original owner so the car has had 2 owners.

I am a private owner, not a dealer, so in Arizona you would not pay any sales tax on the purchase of this car.....check with your state to see how your State's laws work.  I have a clear title on the car, no liens.  I'm not interested in any trades or financing this car for you, so please don't even bother to ask.  Call me with further questions, Wayne @ (520) 510-7112.  I'm in Casa Grande AZ and our time zone in Pacific Daylight.  No calls after 9pm please, I'm a retired senior citizen and go to be early.  Thanks for you interest.

Ferrari Enzo successor caught testing again

Fri, 25 Jan 2013

Although we're still not really sure what Ferrari plans to call its long-awaited successor to the Enzo, we're certain that this is going to be one mean car. We've heard that it will be called the F150, F150 Italia and even the F70 over the last year and a half. Regardless of its name, this guppy-faced prototype you see above is Ferrari's answer to the McLaren P1 and Porsche 918 Spyder with a rumored 900-horsepower hybrid powertrain.
Since the last time we saw this car testing, the only difference appears to be that the exhaust outlets now may be closer to production form, with dual pipes on each side sitting up higher in the fascia. Aside from that, these shots are much clearer and at a better angle allowing us to get an idea of what the final product might look like. We do see some of this car's details such as the headlight placement and shape similar to the 458 Italia and the massive brakes with drilled carbon ceramic rotors.
No word as to when we might see the production version of the car, but Ferrari did tease a couple photos of it last month and is much further along than spy shots we saw less than a year ago.

Get lost in Evo's sublime 2013 Car of the Year testing

Fri, 08 Nov 2013

Every year Evo stages its Car of the Year test, bringing the best performance cars in the world to one location for an epic shootout. This year the magazine pitted eight CotY finalists against each other on Route Napoleon in Southern France - Evo claims it's the "best road in the world" - and then proceeded to nitpick the smallest of faults on each car until the winner could be named. You see, this year's lineup of machines was just so good that only one car obviously wasn't CotY material from the get-go. Can you guess which one judging from the list below?
- Aston Martin V12 Vantage S
- Audi R8 V10 Plus

Ferrari dominant at high-priced RM Auctions' Monterey event

Sun, 17 Aug 2014

Of the 21 multi-million-dollar lots sold over RM Auctions' two-day Monterey event, the top six were Ferraris while the top four were members of the vaunted 275 family. In total, 13 of the 21 seven- and eight-figure entries bore the yellow shield and prancing horse of the Scuderia.
Two cars in particular wowed bidders at the Monterey event - the exceptionally rare Ferrari 275 GTB/C Speciale and a 275 GTB/4 that was originally owned by Hollywood legend Steve McQueen.
The GTB/C Speciale was the first of a three-car run. Ferrari originally planned on campaigning the new range as a GT complement to its prototype entries at Le Mans, although squabbles with the FIA limited its racing career. Still, the extremely rare nature of this car means another example probably won't be coming up for auction for several years. Considering that, the GTB/C's selling price of $26.4 million does make a bit of sense.
