1990 Ferrari Testarossa on 2040-cars
Essex, Connecticut, United States
This low mileage (22,000 miles) original Ferrari still has its original tires and rims. This car was driven and cared for all of its life. The car runs perfectly and all systems work including the air conditioning. The belt service was done at 20,000 miles, seat belts also done at this time. This is not a garage queen, was a summer driver. The interior is like new and smells like a real leather interior should. Nothing sounds like a 12 cylinder Ferrari or looks as good. These iconic Ferraris represent a great value in a 12 cylinder classic. These cars will only appreciate in value. For additional information, please call (860)227-2487. This car is also listed for sale at the Essex Motor Club. Listing may be withdrawn at any time. Kindly do not bid unless you intend to complete your obligation as this is a binding contract as intended by eBay. |

This is the amazing Christmas wonderland Ferrari builds for kids every year
Sun, 23 Dec 2012Granted, when we think of a "Ferrari Christmas Wonderland" our dreams naturally manifest something like a red FF with a bow on the hood and keys on the seat, parked in front of a Fiorano Circuit that's ours for the day. A guy's gotta dream, right?
But, luckily for a lot of beaming children and their grateful, non-selfish parents, Ferrari's gift back to the people of Maranello is far more festive. The Italian automaker clearly pulls out all of the stops for its annual Kids Christmas party to celebrate the season. The event, which sees the Ferrari grounds transformed in to a veritable amusement park in a holiday theme, seems pretty massive of scale and impressive in its detail.
Click through to the video clip below to see what we mean, and pay special attention about two-thirds of the way through, when a special contingent of 'Santas' drop by to say "Boun Natale."
Xcar goes analog with the Ferrari F40
Tue, 16 Sep 2014We will forever be in love with the Ferrari F40. From its blunt-force appearance to its 2.9-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine living and breathing perilously close to the driver's head, the F40, the last model designed and built with input from Enzo Ferrari himself, has been and likely always will be the Ferrari of Ferraris for automotive enthusiasts who grew up in the 1980s.
All of this raises an interesting question: is the Ferrari F40 the best supercar of all time? A case can certainly be made, and after watching - and, just as importantly, listening to - all 17 minutes of blood-red Italian glory from Xcar, you're going to have to try long and hard to convince us that anything could be sweeter than this particular Prancing Horse.
Watch the video above, aptly titled Analogue Animal. You owe it to yourself. So go ahead, sit back, turn up your speakers and click play.
Steve McQueen's Ferrari 275 GTB/4 to be auctioned in Monterey
Sat, 10 May 2014We know from many, many years of watching classic car auctions, that there are certain qualities that ensure big money. For example, putting tiny silver horses and/or yellow badges on a red car will probably bring in a lot of cash. This is doubly true if said car hails from the 1950s or 1960s, and it's triply true if some dude drove it around in circles or if a celebrity owned it. That, friends, is how you make the serious dosh at auction.
Considering that, we should expect big, big things when this 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 crosses the block at the big RM Auctions event during the festivities surrounding the 2014 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.
Terrence Steven McQueen, better known as Steve McQueen and even better known as the coolest actor of the 1960s and 1970s, originally purchased this car while filming Bullitt in San Francisco, which should provide a big boost to its sale price.
