very nice running vehicle. lots of new parts. is a daily driver. up to date on PA inspection till august. has a remote start system in it for those cold winter days.
New Parts: rebuilt tranny, crossmember, driveshaft, front brakes, front calipers, front brake lines, front shocks, spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, valve cover gaskets, some vacuum tubing that broke, throttle position sensor, coolant temp sensor, fog lights, brush guard, rear shocks, rear brakes, fuel pump relay, most of exhaust has been relaced, oxygen sensor, water pump, thermostat, has cd player installed, all the belts have been replaced, and i am retty sure there are more parts i am forgetting.
What it needs: missing spare tire and back door panel on the inside, needs fan clutch (a $30 part) and needs a little rust fixed. doesnt have alot of rust just a little surface rust just coming out. other than that it is a great vehicle.
Interior: is a red in color. mostly clean. has some cracks in the dash from sun damage. has bucket seats in front and fold down bench seat in the back. has a spot of black in the rear where a can of spray paint went off but with a little elbow grease and paint remover should come right off. was used to haul hay so has some remnants of that in the carpet. cleaned out the best i could but still some small pieces left stuck.
4x4 works great. has manual lock out hubs. shifting on the floor. also has a tow hitch as well.

J Mays on the 2015 Ford Mustang
Thu, 05 Dec 2013J Mays, head of design at Ford, may be retiring from the company after 16 years, but not before showing the world his swan song: the 2015 Mustang. Ford officially revealed its new coupe and convertible to the public at events around the world on Thursday, including a live unveiling on ABC's Good Morning America, and Mays was in attendance at the automaker's home event in Dearborn, MI, which is where we caught up with him for a few words about his new baby.
"It's a joy" to design the Mustang, Mays told Autoblog, adding that this sixth-generation coupe is his "favorite design so far." Of course, the 2015 model takes cues from all of the generations that came before it, but Mays said it was important to edit down the specific elements from previous models, leaving just enough off to let the customer "participate and fill in the blanks."
"If it doesn't sell itself, you probably aren't a Mustang fan."
The history and future of the Ford Bronco
Tue, 17 Jun 2014
Some have suggested that the Bronco's demise was hastened by the fallout from the O.J. trial.
Twenty years ago today, ex-NFL linebacker Al "A.C." Cowlings drove his friend and onetime running back Orenthal James "O.J." Simpson on a parade lap of the Los Angeles highway system and onto an ignoble page of the history books. If you're in your late 20s or older, or a fastidious young student of 1990s American history, you're absolutely aware that Al and O.J.'s steed for the 'chase' was a white Ford Bronco. The white Ford Bronco, even.
Report: GM struggling to market turbo technology
Tue, 20 Apr 2010In the automotive realm, marketing can sometimes prove just as important as the actual product. Take, for instance, Ford's well regarded EcoBoost technology, which couples turbocharging with direct injection to produce more horsepower and reduce fuel consumption. Would it surprise you to hear that General Motors has had similar technology on the market for over three years?
It's true. GM's first turbocharged, direct injected powerplants hit the market for the 2007 model. The 2.0-liter Ecotec mills put down an impressive 260 horsepower and a matching 260 pound-feet of torque, and they were lauded by the press in the engine bays of the Pontiac Solstice, Saturn Sky, Chevrolet Cobalt SS and Chevrolet HHR SS. But few people outside a core group of enthusiasts actually remember this fact.
Says Uwe Grebe, executive director of GM's global advanced engineering, "We didn't have a badge and say, 'This is the most important thing we will put on all our brochures.'" Ford, however, did just that, and it's EcoBoost engines are right at the tips of all our tongues when we discuss today's most advanced powerplants. So, how does The General fix its mistake?
