Selling my 1994 Ford Bronco XLT because I hardly drive it and it's too large for my wife to drive when she needs to. I bought this off a good friend a few years ago who took good care of it and I also took good care of it since my ownership. It's by no means a show truck but a solid reliable driver. Starts right up and runs smooth everytime,drives nice. It has the 351 engine which runs strong, no misses, does not use any oil, trans was replaced right before I bought it, so the trans only has 3k miles or so, the rear-end was also replaced just before my purchase. The trans shifts great and the 4x4 works great. All power options work, ac blows ice cold and heat works great. It does have a cd player and I believe better then stock speakers. I recently replaced the battery with a optima yellow & the alternator, wiper motor, power window motor, battery cables, front brake pads, k/n air filter, msd coil, msd wires. It has newer exhaust with a flowmaster muffler and duel tail pipes. The interior is tan leather, some tears in the drivers seat and passenger seat is missing the arm rest. The leather area on the dash has some cracks, everything works as it should but since the window motor was replaced you have to guide the drivers side window with your hand, maybe a adjustment needed. The body still has the original paint, clear coat peel on the drivers side fender, not many dings or scratches, typical bronco rust areas on the tail gate and above the rear wheels otherwise no other rust areas. The underside is solid. I tried to take as many photos as possible to show all areas of the truck. Feel free to ask questions or if you need a photo of a area of the truck. Ford wins second consecutive International Van of the Year award with Transit Connect
Wed, 18 Sep 2013The redesigned 2014 Ford Transit Connect isn't even on sale yet, but it's already making its presence felt around the world. At a commercial vehicle expo in Russia, the Transit Connect was named the International Van of the Year.
Ford's small work van edged out the new Mercedes-Benz Sprinter by just seven points to allow Ford to grab this honor for the second consecutive year, which it won last year with the Transit Custom. Not only does this make Ford the first to ever win the award in back-to-back years, but it's also the fifth time the automaker has won this award since 2003 (two with the Transit Connect, two with the fullsize Transit and once with the Transit Custom). Ford congratulates itself for the accomplishment in a press release posted below.

There was a time not so long ago when opting for a base Ford Mustang meant getting little more than some sheetmetal, an anemic four-cylinder engine and what may very well have been the world's most disappointing automatic transmission. During the Fox Body years, Ford seemed hell-bent on living up to Carroll Shelby's derogatory description of the coupe as little more than a runabout for demure office assistants, and the result was a base model with fewer sporting intentions than a Dilbert day calendar.
Some 20 years later, hopping behind the wheel of an entry-level pony is an entirely different experience. With all of the menacing aesthetics of the brawnier GT, a well-equipped interior and a drivetrain that toes the line between efficiency and power better than few before it, the 2013 Ford Mustang V6 is an attractive option for buyers in the big coupe market. But is it attractive enough to forgo the beastly GT?
Ford mulling EcoSport for US? [w/poll]
Mon, 03 Jun 2013"We certainly have that ability. We're studying it very, very closely." Those are the words of Jim Farley, global head of sales, marketing, service at Ford. The investigation Farley is referring to is the possibility of selling the company's new EcoSport crossover in America.
The diminutive Fiesta-based EcoSport was developed for emerging markets like Brazil and, more recently, China, but it apparently may have a future in the States, where it would form a new entry-level rung below the Escape in Ford's already robust crossover stable. Ford has big plans for its tiny CUV - Farley tells Automotive News that the EcoSport is only available in 10 countries right now, but by 2017, its distribution will have mushroomed to 62 countries. At the time the second-generation model launched at the 2012 Beijing Motor Show as a 2013 model, Ford said the EcoSport would eventually be sold in nearly 100 markets worldwide.
The Brazilian- and Indian-assembled EcoSport is available with a variety of gasoline-powered engines, but the 1.0-liter, three-cylinder EcoBoost giving 118 horsepower and 125 pound-feet of torque would seem to be the powertrain of choice for America, as it was recently confirmed for the stateside 2014 Fiesta.
