I BOUGHT THIS CAR ALMOST TWO YEARS AGO. IT IS A FORMER SUPERVISOR'S POLICE CAR WHICH MEANS HE TOOK IT HOME EVERY NIGHT AND WAS NEVER ON HIGH-SPEED CHASES. IT WASN'T USED THAT MUCH, WHICH IS WHY THE MILEAGE IS SO LOW. IT AVERAGES OUT TO BE LESS THAN 10,000 MILES PER YEAR.

SINCE I'VE HAD THE CAR, I'VE HAD ALL THE FLUIDS CHANGED WHICH INCLUDES: TRANSMISSION OIL, DIF OIL, BRAKE FLUID, BRAND NEW HEATER CORE WAS INSTALLED BY THE FORD DEALER, COOLANT, COMPLETE WITH FLUSH. NEW COOLANT, REPLACED FAN BELT, TIRES HAVE ABOUT 2000 MILES ON THEM. RECENTLY REPLACED. COMPLETELY OVERHAULED BY THE FORD DEALER. CHANGED THE PLUGS AND RESISTER COILS.

FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM WAS CLEANED OUT BY THE FORD DEALERSHIP IN KENNESAW, GEORGIA. THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE BRAKES ARE FINE, STRUTS ARE FINE, AND FRONT END IS FINE. TO MY KNOWLEDGE THERE ARE NO MECHANICAL DEFECTS. REGULARLY SERVICED.

ALL IN ALL, IT'S A GOOD, CLEAN, CAR, VERY DEPENDABLE. THE CAR RUNS SMOOTH AND QUIET AND NO RATTLES. I WOULD TRUST THIS CAR TO GO ANYWHERE. THE PAINT IS IN GOOD SHAPE, BUT I WOULD CONSIDER IT TO BE "FAIR". NO DINGS IN THE BODY, BUT A FEW CHIPS HERE AND THERE. I REPLACED THE RADIO WITH A STEREOSYSTEM. AS THE PHOTOS SHOW, YOU CAN WATCH MOVIES ON IT, IT IS BLUETOOTH AND COMES WITH A MICROPHONE FOR HANDS-FREE TALKING AND REMOTE CONTROL. IT HAS AN SD SLOT AND AN AUXILIARY PORT FOR YOUR IPOD AND IT IS AM/FM AND ALSO PLAYS MUSIC CDS. IT HAS PS, PW, CC, POWER DRIVER SEAT, TILT WHEEL, NO LEAKS ANYWHERE. I DON'T SELL JUNK. IF I THOUGHT THE CAR WAS LESS THAN I HAD DESCRIBED IT TO BE, I WOULD SAY SO.

INTERIOR IS IN GOOD SHAPE. THERE ARE SOME SIGNS OF WEAR, BUT THERE ARE NO TEARS OR RIPS ANYWHERE. IT HAS TWO PLUGS IN THE BODY, ONE ON THE DRIVER SIDE REAR FENDER, AND ONE ON THE ROOF WHERE THE ANTENNAS USED TO BE. ALL RECEIPTS ARE AVAILABLE.

Ford reveals new rapid prototyping and low-volume production techniques [w/video]

It's called "F3T," and that stands for Ford Free-form Fabrication Technology. The process that The Blue Oval has developed means being able to sidestep the weeks-long process of tool-and-die making when engineers want to construct a new part, allowing them to fabricate a three-dimensional part from a two-dimensional sheet of metal in just hours.
While F3T is being developed it is limited to "low-volume prototyping or even low-volume niche vehicles," but the next step is to evaluate it for use in Ford's global manufacturing facilities. You can find out more about it in the video and the press release below.

Ford GT to be revived, Le Mans battle upcoming

Ford dominated the 24 Hours of Le Mans from 1966 to 1969, scoring four consecutive wins. Wouldn't it be great if the Blue Oval could go back to France for the 50th anniversary of that performance and show it can still compete in international endurance racing? Actually, the latest rumors indicate that could be exactly the case, and the car taking that checkered flag could be another revival of the Ford GT.
As the rumblings go, Ford wants to use a new supercar to take another crack at Le Mans, after considering some other possible alternatives. Substantiating these musings are reports that a Blue Oval rep was reportedly on hand for a recent meeting about 2016 GTE-Class rules, according to Road and Track. That would put the new GT in the same racing class as the Corvette, Ferrari 458 Italia, Porsche 911 and others.
It's not all about racing, though. If you win on Sunday, you want something to be able to sell on Monday. The revived GT is reportedly still a mid-engine supercar, but the exact engine is unclear. It's possible that it could even be shown or announced at the Detroit auto show in January, according to Motor Trend.

Ford, Volvo top 2014 EyesOn Design awards

Each year at the Detroit Auto Show, the top vehicle designs are recognized with the prestigious EyesOn Design award for production and concept vehicles. This year, the 32 EyesOn Design judges (comprised of current and former vehicle designers including Chrysler designer and SRT president Ralph Gilles, Kia designer Peter Schreyer and retired General Motors designer Wayne Cherry) handed out three awards for the Best Concept Vehicle, Best Production Vehicle and Innovative Use of Color, Graphics, and Materials.
Beating out the Mercedes C-Class and Ford F-150, the 2015 Ford Mustang was named the Best Production Vehicle as the top auto show debut at this year's Detroit show. The 2014 Volvo Concept XC Coupe took home awards as the Best Concept Vehicle and for its Innovative Use of Color, Graphics and Materials.
Considering the Volvo's primer grey hue and subtle orange accents, it was a rather surprising winner for Innovative Use of Color, Graphics, and Materials over flashier concepts like the Toyota FT-1 and our Editors' Choice top pick, the Kia GT4 Stinger.
