2003 Ford E-350 cutaway van with Unicel fiberglass body. 5.4L V8. 128,000 miles. It passed NJ state inspection very recently. New battery. Approximately 75% tread on the tires. Runs and drives great. A/C and heat all work. Shelving inside and work bench. There is room to stand and work inside.  The top section of the body is translucent to allow light in.

The van was used previously by a bathroom remodel/plumbing business.

Cosmetically the van is in good shape.  Some slight rust where the paint chipped at the bottom of the driver side door.  The fiberglass body has a couple small (1-2 inch) cracks but nothing affecting structure or weather proofing.  Interior is also good.  Quite a few stains from calk on seats and floor.  Seats are in good shape overall.

Passenger side door lock doesn't unlock from the outside.  Lock works fine only cannot be unlocked by key from the outside.  Drivers door works perfectly.

This van is in overall very good shape and can be put to work immediately.

The title problem that Autocheck here on Ebay is listing is because of a DMV screw up.  Someone added an "M" to the title which means that the odometer exceeded it's mechanical limits.  That would mean that 1,000,000 miles (because it's a 6 digit odometer) had been put on the truck between 2/11/2008 and 11/21/2008.  Not only is that impossible, but the I'm pretty sure this truck isn't going to see 1,000,000 miles.  Please look at the entire Autocheck report to confirm.  DMV will fix the problem, but they want $60 and month of time to do it, which we will do if need be.

Feel free to ask any questions.

How Ford hid the 2015 Mustang from spy photographers

Fri, 20 Dec 2013

Now that we've finally seen the 2015 Ford Mustang, it's fun to go back and look at the spy shots we spent months pouring over, trying to dissect what was under all the camouflage. For the most part, Ford did a good job of concealing the car from spy photographers, and it released a video showing how much work went into doing so.
As crude as the Mustang's camo looked, all of the hard plastic, foam, vinyl and ratchet straps were actually created and put in place by a specific design team. The whole idea was to hide the car's identity, but it certainly ended up acting as a magnet for attention, too. According to Ford's press release, it took less than an hour for spy shots to appear online after the car was taken on public roads for the very first time - this is likely in reference to our first official spy shots of the Mustang from June, shown in the gallery below.
Scroll down for a press release and video, which shows footage of the 2015 Ford Mustang testing with minimal camouflage. This is probably the same track session where we got our first look at the Mustang's face back in August.

Ford gives S-Max the Vignale treatment in Milan

Wed, 09 Apr 2014

Ford has a bit of a history in reviving the names of old coachbuilders it has long since gobbled up and using them to distinguish its top-of-the-line models in Europe. That's what it did for years with Ghia, and after having replaced it several years ago with the Titanium trim level, now it's doing it again with Vignale.
At the Frankfurt Motor Show last year, Ford revealed the Mondeo Vignale concept in both sedan and wagon body-styles, which are set to reach production next year. But before they do, the Blue Oval automaker is at it again, applying similar upgrades to the S-Max minivan and unveiling it in concept form in Milan this week.
Setting the Vignale concept apart from any other S-Max is its Milano Grigio rose-hued silver pearlescent paint, 21-inch alloys, chrome trim and hexagonal-pattern grille. Inside it's all ultra-soft quilted leather and aluminum trim, with tablet docking stations in the back and thinner, more flexible seats than the existing production version.

2015 Ford F-150 shaves 700 pounds, adds 2.7-liter EcoBoost [w/video]

Mon, 13 Jan 2014

The Ford F-150 is one of the best selling vehicles on the planet. Considering that, one can imagine that when it comes time for a redesign, there are hardly any half measures. For its lucky thirteenth generation, Ford has gone all-in on the single most important vehicle in its portfolio, redesigning it from the ground up.
The big news is the F-150's new, lightweight, Atlas-inspired body. Ninety-three percent of that new body is made from a sort of aluminum alloy not unlike what the US military uses in its M2 Bradley fighting vehicles and Humvees, and it accounts for up to 70 percent of the F-150's 700-pound weight reduction. As a side benefit, the aluminum body should prove more resistant to dents and dings. Built Ford tough, indeed.
If you're wondering where the other 30 percent of that 700-pound weight loss went, 8.5 percent (60 pounds) came from the increased use of high-strength steel (up from 23 percent to 77 percent) in its ladder-box frame. Ford claims this steel is comparable to some of the heavy duty pickups used by its competitors, with a PSI rating of 70,000.
