THIS EXCURSION RUNS AND DRIVES EXCELLENT. THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS GREAT,THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE WORKS FINE ALSO. IT HAS REAR HEAT AND A/C AND THE A/C BLOWS COLD. IT ALSO HAS HEATED LEATHER FRONT SEATS. THERE ARE NOT WARNING LIGHTS ON AT ALL AND ALL THE POWER OPTIONS WORKS JUST AS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO.
THERE ARE NO ISSUES WITH THE ENGINE AT ALL.IT HAS HAD THE INJECTORS REPLACED,THE EGR HAS BEEN DELETED AND HAS JUST HAD THE HPOP REPLACED WITH A NEW FORD PUMP,NOT AFTERMARKET REBUILT AND NEW OIL COOLER. THE ENGINE DOES NOT HAVE A PROGRAMMER ON IT. THE OIL,FILTER AND COOLANT HAS JUST BEEN CHANGED. IT HAS NEAR NEW TIRES ON IT. IT HAS A REAR ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM IN IT ALSO THE INTERIOR IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION,THE WORST PART IS THE FRONT SEAT ARM REST ARE WORN AND I HAVE SHOWN PICTURES OF THAT. IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN SMOKED IN. THE BODY IS VERY NICE BUT DOES HAVE SOME LIGHT SCRATCHES AROUND THE TRUCK,THE WORST OF WHICH IS ON THE DRIVERS DOOR AND THE TAILGATE DOORS.THE RT REAR DOOR AND QUARTER PANEL HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY REPAINTED BUT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THERE WAS ANY MAJOR DAMAGE AT ALL. I DRIVE THIS DAILY SO IT MAY HAVE A FEW MORE MILES ON IT,IT WILL BE PARKED WHEN IT IS SOLD. Ford confirms Everest SUV production for China
Sat, 19 Apr 2014According to Ford, the Chinese SUV segment grew by 49 percent in 2013, and the Blue Oval held a 4.5 percent market share. At the 2014 Beijing Motor Show, Ford is showing the Everest SUV that, while just a concept for now, will go into production in the near future.
The Everest is a big, brawny seven-seat SUV that mixes solid, chiseled styling and contemporary Ford design cues. Up front there is an angular version of the trapezoidal grille and sharp, wraparound headlights. The beltline rises in the rear to make the back appear higher than the front. The rear seems just as chiseled, with the taillights resting in jagged scallops. There is no doubt that this concept means to look rugged, and ready for rough roads - the whole thing looks pretty great.
The truck was penned by Ford's Asia Pacific design and engineering team in Australia, and it was first shown in Sydney last year. Ford's JMC joint venture will build the truck for the Chinese market, and it will be sold at Ford dealers there. The Blue Oval isn't hinting at what powers the production version yet, but it reportedly shares some components with the foreign-market Ranger.
Aussie Ford Falcon GT shows its rear end to Lamborghini Gallardo
Sun, 27 Apr 2014When Ford Australia announces, as it did recently, that it wants to celebrate the end of its Ford Performance Vehicle division with a Falcon FPV GT-F that celebrates big-bore origins of the nameplate, it's talking about the kind of car in this video.
At some point the classic Falcon GT - said to be an XY series - was invited to a test of acceleration against a Lamborghini Gallardo. At the very least, the Falcon GT had a 351 cubic-inch motor and 300 horsepower, but whatever this guy's got under the hood of his yellow sedan makes has him so confident that he doesn't even move his elbow from its resting place on the door.

We spy the Ford Mustang King Cobra early at SEMA
Tue, 04 Nov 2014As is the case with most auto shows, waiting for the reveal of hot new models is the worst part. So, while our own Drew Phillips has been wandering the halls here in Las Vegas since they unlocked the doors for SEMA 2014, we didn't expect him to come back with any big reveals until later in the day. Until this happened.
Meandering by the Ford stand, Phillips eagle-eyed a trunk lid that caught his attention. Popping out from an otherwise draped 2015 Mustang, the matte black lid clearly has the name King Cobra embossed on the rear.
That name is interesting for a few reasons: to start, Ford hasn't used the Cobra name (without "Jet" attached) since way back in 2004, so a new snake is certainly something to take note of. Second, the King Cobra name dates all the way back to the ill-remembered Mustang II, meaning there is a clear link to Blue Oval history here.
