1963 ford f100 292 mtr rebuilt 6 cylinder three speed 2wd short bed steside wood bed, really is a fare priced truck and the paint which has a three year warranty which was done under a month ago and interior is also new done a week ago, tiers are like new.  jump in and drive were you want too this has not just been sitting around the tags are still good ,most all of the new parts were just put on for one reason and only one reason at all and that is for the simply fact that,

because i wanted to feel safe that it was new parts and fluids in ares that tend to be ignored, and even though they were in great condition i choose to replace with brand new i feel it was better to be safe then sorry.  it starts everytime, stereo wrks ( original ) electrical is great interior light works even.   please contact me if you need help or want to work something out?  runs great and  almost original from bumper to bumper.( except for some after market oil, temp, amp gauges. )  when i say no rust i really am sure of that so no need asking me cause I've gone all over this truck and never even found a spot at all so  if your looking for a truck to just drive this is the one if your looking to finish off a project with your own touches this is it.  chop and drop or finish original with rims and tiers......         this is advertised locally also and auction will end if sold here.  there is no written or implied warrantee, bought as is where is how it is,all truck has been explained to the best of my ability but i am no licensed mechanic or trying to imply so.   all work was done by a real license mechanic. if your the winner down payment is due in  24hrs  $500 in papal account the rest of payment due in three days or upon pick up with in two weeks if more time is needed payment is going to have to be arranged,if default on payment the deposit is none refundable..winner responsible of shipping i will assist and make myself available for pick up.  title will be sent by two day priority mail once full payment cleared call tim at 520-366-7486 or text.  i know your going to just love this truck once seen and driven so feel free to send out a person to check it out, drivetrain is smooth the glass is all perfect no bed problems  NO RUST AT ALL ANYPLACE NO BONDO NO DENTS it is truly sound its not all over the road bushings are all good throughout the whole truck, the steering is great stops great shifts great.   affordable but not free but, you can be very confident that this is a true arizona truck which is done except wheels, thats only if you wanted to. ps. my wife has drove this and loved the way she felt as though she did not need to be concerned it would be hard to steer or brake shift any of that which goes along with beat up old trucks but, this is very far from being rough or ever beat on..

Ford Explorer Jackson Pollock Edition results in trip to hospital

Tue, 02 Jul 2013

Among the many useful pieces of driving advice we've taken to heart over the years, "Safely secure all cargo" is etched pretty high on our personal stone tablets. We've had a couple of frustrating moments over the years (numerous wonky cupholders and too-tall lidded cups; a radar detector that released its suction cups and dashed itself below the dashboard, etc.), but never anything like the scene above.
These photos above come courtesy of the Washington State Patrol, and they show the unfortunate aftermath of a driver, his dog, and his Ford Explorer after it crashed near the town of Belfair last week. According to reports, the man was schlepping five-gallon containers of paint inside his vehicle when he was involved in an unexplained accident. It's not clear what triggered the crash, but the impromptu abstract painting covered the whole of the interior, including the driver and his faithful companion.
The man was transported to a local hospital for minor injuries, and his dog was cleaned and later taken to a humane society.

More evidence GT500-replacement will be named GT350

Tue, 17 Dec 2013

During the recent unveiling of the 2015 Ford Mustang, we saw the car in both V6 and GT form, but we'll have to wait a little bit longer to see the successor to the Shelby GT500. In the meantime, though, it looks like SVTPerformance.com has confirmed reports that this high-performance model will bring the Shelby GT350 name back to Ford.
According to the forum post, a user found the Shelby GT350 name on a Ford promo website listing its 2015 lineup. The Shelby GT350 name was first used on a Mustang back in 1965, and most recently it has been a model created for customers as a post-title purchase by Shelby American. As for that car, Shelby confirmed earlier in the year that its GT350 would be phased out at the end of this month.
The million-dollar question for Mustang and Shelby enthusiasts is when we'll see next factory Shelby GT350. Last we heard it was planned for a debut at the New York Auto Show. We've included our previous spy shots of this hi-po, sixth-gen Mustang, and we've also captured it on spy video showing off its exhaust note.

2015 Ford Focus

Tue, 14 Oct 2014

Sitting down at the pre-drive briefing with Ford engineers ahead of sampling the refreshed 2015 Focus, water bottles clinked as we wet our whistles before Q&A. While pouring a glass, we noticed something stamped on the bottle label: "1L." One liter. We were palming the exact displacement of the EcoBoost engine our group was about to drive. This was undoubtedly coincidence (such bottles litter every conference and dinner table in Europe) but it served to drive home just how small the total swept volume of Ford's wunderkind powerplant really is. It's tiny.
Of course, this isn't our first run-in with the little triple - we've sampled its turbocharged charms before in Ford's smaller Fiesta. At that time, we found it had plenty of poke for the subcompact, but the larger C-segment Focus carries around another 450 pounds or so and pushes a wider profile through the air. Would the three-cylinder have the stuffing to make the most of the Focus' athletic chassis, or would it be a letdown? Would it be the same as it was when we tested it in a Euro-spec Focus a couple of years ago? There was nothing left for it but to head out on the bucolic roads surrounding Versailles the day after the Paris Motor Show and find out for ourselves.
