Time to let my baby go, bought a new truck. I have spent much money on her and I hope she'll find a new owner that appreciates her as much as I do.

That being said, here is the work I've done.

Unlimited Diesel Performance Stage 1 Injectors
Valve cover gasket/inector harnesses replaced at injector install, new Motorcraft glow plugs.
TS style 6 position tuner with custom tune by Gearhead Automotive Performance
Stealth SRP1 HPOP. (This is the high pressure oil pump that provides the oil to power the injectors) If you were to add an electric fuel system it would be ready for stage 2 injectors.
MBRP 4" Turbo back exhaust with downpipe and stainless tip. The firewall was clearanced properly so no annoying exhaust rattles.
Pillar gauges include EGT, Trans temp, Boost (Speaking of boost she makes 40PSI on the all out tune!)
I haven't any idea about the Trans, I bought the truck in 09 and it has shifted firmly and has given me no problems so I'm assuming the previous owner may have had it built.
Homemade NAPA 6637 intake

On to the truck.

It's in better condition than most at this mileage. I'll start with the bad first.

There is a golf ball size dent in the rear quarter that has been there since I bought the truck
There is a thin scratch starting on the left front quarter and ending on the left front door. It's not noticable at about 10 feet but it's there, an unfortunate blizzard accident.
The right rear quarter is just now starting to show a small bubble of rust behind the paint, it's unfortunately common in these trucks. If you were to have it fixed now it may not be as bad as waiting to do it when it gets worse.
There is no other rust on the truck.
There is a VERY small crack on the dash but not like others you will see in these trucks. About 1/2". Thanks to some dumb B*$#h who thought my dash was a foot rest.

Now for the good.

4" Rough Country lift installed last year about 5000 miles ago (I've only put about 30,000 on the truck since I bought it)
315/75/16 Pro-Comp extreme all terrain tires same mileage as lift.
The lift was professionally installed, the alignment is right, no tire cupping, no rattles/shakes. Drives very nicely.
Jensen flip out head unit, rear camera on the tag bracket (great for hooking up to your boat trailer!!!!)
Kicker L5 sub behind rear seat with 900w monoblock amp. Factory door speakers.
2 Way remote start
Truck is XLT with a vinyl floor so no nasty, worn, stained carpet here.
Seats are in good condition, some wear on drivers seat. They now have custom canvas seat covers that match the interior.
There has been a bedliner in the truck since I bought it so I have no clue what shape the bed is in. The truck had a cap on it so I'm willing to bed it's pretty good.
The cap is included with the truck, it is a Jeraco, color painted to match with a raised roof. If you don't want it, you don't have to take it.
4X4 works perfectly.
I have regularly serviced, has had new Serpentine belt, rear axle oil change with synthetic in the last 5k
Truck will be freshly serviced and detailed prior to delivery to new owner.
Ice cold A/C

I'm sure I'm forgetting a few things, so if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. Please don't call asking if I'm willing to trade this or that, I have too much as it is.

It is raining today, so I'm posting mostly older pictures but the truck is still in that condition. I'll post more when this storm clears up.

Serious buyers *ONLY* may contact me at 410-463-1108

Please don't bid with no feedback. I will also be listing locally so I have the right to end the auction at any time.

Ford updates Power Stroke diesel V8, strengthens F-450, tweaks King Ranch

Thu, 26 Sep 2013

Ford is giving its F-Series Super Duty trucks some upgrades for 2015, and we're happy to say that one of them is an improved Power Stroke diesel V8. Also, Ford is strengthening the top-of-the-line F-450 to handle more abuse. And if wild west-style luxury is your thing, the automaker has performed minor cosmetic updates to its King Ranch Edition trucks, as well.
The turbocharged 6.7-liter Power Stroke V8 is currently rated at 400 horsepower and 800 pound-feet of torque, and Ford only tells us the new and improved Power Stroke can "produce power beyond today's" engine. What, then, did Ford actually improve upon? First, the Blue Oval swapped in a new, larger turbocharger. The new Garrett GT37 turbine unit is 72.5 millimeters in diameter, eclipsing the old GT32's 64-mm diameter piece. Ford states output increases with the new turbo setup, but since the new turbocharger operates at a lower peak pressure than the old one, the automaker was able to eliminate the wastegate system and reduce the engine's complexity. Ford even redesigned the turbo's oil and cooling lines to make the powerplant simpler. A byproduct of the larger turbo is better engine exhaust braking, which is controlled manually by a button on the dashboard.
Ford claims the upgraded diesel engine is more powerful, more robust, more efficient and more refined than before.

Ford open to diesel, hybrid or electric Mustang? [w/poll]

Sun, 08 Dec 2013

The Ford Mustang may not be the first vehicle that comes to mind when you think of environmentally-friendly forms of transportation. The arrival of the turbocharged four-cylinder engine in the new Mustang could do a lot to combat that perception, but the EcoBoost engine may just be the tip of the iceberg in that regard.
Speaking with Ford powertrain boss Bob Fascetti at the reveal of the new Mustang in Australia, GoAuto reports that the Blue Oval automaker is considering offering its latest pony car with a diesel, hybrid or even electric powertrain in the future.
"We're not looking at diesel at the moment, but given where we need to go with fuel consumption we are looking at all our options," said Fascetti. Other options could include a nine- or ten-speed automatic transmission to replace the current six-speed unit in order to help improve fuel economy and emissions for the Mustang, although figures for the current lineup have yet to be revealed.

2014 Ford Fusion order guide reveals new base Hybrid model, equipment changes

Tue, 23 Apr 2013

We've gotten our grubby little digits on the dealer order guide for the as-yet-unreleased 2014 Ford Fusion thanks to an anonymous tipster, and while there isn't much that's unexpected, there are some meaningful equipment changes to report after the rakish sedan's first year on the market.
Mechanically, the big news is, of course, the recently confirmed availability of the 1.5-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder paired with a six-speed automatic. The powertrain replaces the 1.6-liter automatic setup of 2013, though if you want a manual transmission, you'll still get the extra .1-liter of displacement.
On the equipment front, there are newly available rear inflatable seatbelts - as seen previously on the Explorer - along with a new heated steering wheel and cooled seat option on Titanium and Titanium Hybrid models (the latter two options will be late availability).
