THE HOLY GRAIL

Here she is boys.  For Sale is my 2003 Ford F-350 Crew Cab Lariat 8' Bed with only 63,000 original miles.  This is a ONE Owner Truck with a clean Carfax history report.  This truck is fully loaded with Leather Heated Seats, Rear Parking Sensors, Rear Sliding Window, Plus All the Regular Goodies.  This truck has a  2" Add-A-Leaf Front Leveling Kit, with 2 Rancho Stabilizers, and RS 5000 Rancho Shocks.  This truck, Runs, Drives, Stops, and Shifts as it should.  This is a very nice truck.  The frame is solid, there is no rot under the doors or really anywhere that I can see for that matter.

Recent improvements are as listed:

  • 4 Tires (5,000 Miles Ago)
  • Alignment
  • Sway Bar Bushings
  • 4 Ball Joints - Need One Lower Joint, but had them do them all.
  • Oil Pan - 200 Miles Ago
  • Fresh Oil Change, Grease Job and Fluids

This Truck is in exceptional condition for the year.  There are a few very very minor dings and chips around the truck, the rear bumper has a little ding on the bottom right, the front bumper lower right valance has a some scratches in it.  As far as the interior is concerned the driver's seat has a few small rips in it and has some paint spots on it.  Also, the sunglass holder above has a chip in it.  Please do not be concerned because all things I am listing are really very minor.  That's all I can really pick on about it.  Please ask for photos of anything you would like to see!

Happy Bidding! Please Call for a "Buy it Now" price.  Doug 401-477-4650

Ken Block hoons his Ford F-150 RaptorTrax on the slopes

Wed, 08 Oct 2014

Ken Block drives Fords. Hoons the heck out of 'em, actually. Mostly Fiestas, but also the occasional Focus or Mustang. But earlier this year, the Gymkhana guru revealed his baddest Ford yet: an F-150 SVT Raptor on tracks. And true to form, here he is putting it to the test in the latest video from Monster Energy and Hoonigan Racing.
Filmed at Baldface Lodge in Nelson, BC, the video pairs Block up with snowboarders Zak Hale and Ethan Deiss for some deep-powder action. You'll want to watch the video for yourself, but the bottom line is that the RaptorTrax beats the heck out of waiting on line for the ski lift. It's enough to make us start to look forward to winter... almost.

2015 Ford Mustang gets pricing, configurator and less weight than expected

Fri, 13 Jun 2014

It's here; it's finally here. No more speculating or looking at dealer order guides, the configurator for the 2015 Ford Mustang is finally online. That means you should put down whatever you're doing and build your new 'Stang. Weight data for the new model has also leaked out, and while there is an increase, it's less than previously rumored.
The basic V6 coupe carries a base price of $23,600, plus an additional $825 destination charge for all models. Upgrading to the 2.3-liter Ecoboost costs $25,170, and the Ecoboost Premium is $29,170. If you need a V8 in your life, the Mustang GT is $32,100 or $36,100 with the Premium package. That puts the starting price up about $1,000 over the previous generation for the V6, but the turbocharged four-cylinder starts about $1,400 less than the V6 Premium, which is no longer available. Prices for both V8 models jumped about $1,000, as well.
If you need the convertible Mustang, the V6 starts at $29,100, excluding destination, $1,590 more than last year. The Ecoboost Premium 'vert is $34,670, and the GT droptop is $41,600.

Fitting Retirement: Grand Marquis last Mercury off the line

Wed, 05 Jan 2011

The signs have come down and retail production ended back in October of 2010. Now, the very last Mercury model has rolled off the assembly line. This last Mercury somewhat fittingly takes the form of a Grand Marquis reporting for fleet duty. It was built at the St. Thomas plant in Ontario, Canada, which is the same facility that continues to produce the Ford Crown Victoria and Lincoln Town Car for fleet and livery duty.
St. Thomas' days are numbered, however, as the factory is slated to close on August 31. When it goes, the Panther platform is likely to follow. So long, and thanks for all the fish memories.
