This is a 1992 Ford Mustang 5.0 Notchback.As you can see in the pics it is very nice.The body and paint and stock pony wheels were redone several years ago with receipts.The car looks amazing and the pony wheels are included with new tires.It is an original calypso green car.The engine is fresh with very little miles.No smoke or leaks of any kind.The engine is stock.Not molested or modified.I believe it has 373 gears but cannot verify.The tranny was also redone and has no problems shifting through the gears.The black cobra wheels and tires are brand new,maybe 200 miles on them.Overall the car has very little miles on it after it was redone.The interior is nice but not perfect.The ac quit working this year,assuming it just needs new freon.The body and paint are near perfect.The car won third place in 09 at the Summit Racing all Mustang show.It has a full Flowmaster exhaust on it with an H pipe.I have an exhaust with converters for emission testing.The car was lowered 1 inch.I just put a new 6 piece headlight assembly in and the front end looks clean and crisp.The underside is very clean.No rust on this car anywhere.I take it to Slim and Chubbys car cruise every Wed and that is all it really gets driven.Ask any and all questions before bidding.It is being sold as-is with no warranty.You will not be disappointed in this Mustang.If I think of anything I will add it to the auction description.Thank You and good luck.

Ford Ranger-based 7-seat SUV spotted testing
Wed, 29 May 2013Ford looks to be working on a new SUV version of its global Ranger pickup truck. An early prototype of a seven-passenger SUV based on the Ranger has been spotted testing in Australia, and word has it buyers in the region could expect to see the model in showrooms as soon as 2014, where it could sail under the Endeavour or Everest badges. Ford Australia currently sells the Territory SUV, so there's some chance that this model could be a successor to that throne, as well.
Whatever it's called, the long-roof Ranger will feature a shorter wheelbase and more ground clearance than its pickup twin, giving the machine a bit more off-road functionality. (And here we thought we couldn't want the global Ranger any more than we already do.) While this particular vehicle sports a Territory back half grafted onto a Ranger front end, odds are a public reveal of the finished product could occur as soon as the second half of 2014, making it a 2015 model. Ford Fiesta ST GRC Racecar is hungry for podiums in 2013
Thu, 07 Feb 2013As we reported earlier, the Chicago showing of this plucky Ford Fiesta ST GRC racer points to bigger and brighter days for Global RallyCross. For the upcoming season, you can expect to see Ken Block and Tanner Foust both driving the Ford racecar, and if last season's results are any indication, you can anticipate quite a few podium appearances, as well.
The Fiesta seen here was built by the Swedes at OlsbergsMSE, and will be driven in anger by Foust in 2013. Modifications are, as you'd expect, extensive, and include an engine, exhaust and braking upgrades, a racing style short-throw shifter and a limited-slip differential. As you can see, the car has been fully stripped out and caged for maximum speed and safety, too.

NHTSA closes Ford F-Series Super Duty steering probe without recall
Wed, 05 Feb 2014The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's investigation into 2008 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty pickups, which was originally opened last year, has now ended without a recall. NHTSA was looking into steering failures on some 336,000 trucks.
The issue rested with the steering gear - NHTSA received five complaints of failures - which was redesigned in 2005. According to the report on the matter, investigators "found evidence of broken sector shaft gear teeth and piston damage consistent with incidents of single event overload."
NHTSA investigators, however, "found no evidence of fatigue or material property defects in any of the fractures. Analysis of complaint rates by vehicle build month showed no patterns indicating potential manufacturing quality issues and no difference before and after Ford introduced design changes to the input shaft and sector shaft seals in July 2007 to address potential leak concerns," according to the report, obtained by The Detroit News.
