I have up for auction a 1961 Ford Falcon Ranchero. I have had this for 2 years now. When I got it the original owner had it in a garage for 7 years. It has a 289 that runs and sounds GREAT!! Its a 4 speed manual. on the floor I think its a top loader. The spedo is not hooked up I tried to have it hooked up once and reason it has a chevy tranny. I have been using my phone since I got it running. The original owner said it had 5000 miles on the engine and I have put 1098 miles on it. That is what my phone says. I have drove it down to Phoenix, Laughlen, and as a daily driver in the summer and spring. I have had the heater fixed and a new heater core put it. The gas tank cleaned professionally, new front struts and all the carb has been rebuilt. The interior needs work. The seat needs re done, maybe some new weather striping, and some other small things. It had NOS hooked up it was never used I took the bottle out. It had a bed cover when I got it but that was kinda old and took it off and put some black bed liner in it the spray on kind. No rust for what I can see I have not really gotten in to the body to check but I have looked it all over and can not find any. It has been in a garage and have a car cover for it. Its a very good car I am just wanting to do other stuff now and do not drive the car as much as I would like to. Any questions and I know I have forgot some things just ask. Ford Fiesta ST orders off to strong start
Fri, 17 May 2013We at Autoblog love the new little Ford Fiesta ST, and apparently, folks in Europe are pretty impressed with it, as well. According to Ford, the automaker's European arm has already logged 3,000 orders for the new hot hatch since it hit dealerships this March. The US-spec car, which will only be available as a five-door, will go on sale in the United States this summer.
What's perhaps most interesting about the Fiesta ST ordering is that the majority of customers appear to be ordering high-spec cars. According to Ford data, 60 percent of customers have opted for the leather interior with Recaro buckets, and 90 percent have selected the upgraded 17-inch wheels (seen on our test car, above). Spirit Blue has been the most popular color, commanding 27 percent of all orders. As for the technology upgrades, 19 percent of customers have ponied up for the Sony stereo with navigation.
To recap, the Fiesta ST is offered with Ford's 1.6-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine, putting out 179 horsepower and 177 pound-feet of torque, mated exclusively to a six-speed manual transmission. We had an absolute blast flinging the hot Fiesta through the French Alps, and we can't wait for this sharp little hatch to make its way over to the States.

Ford has announced five separate recalls, affecting 202,000 vehicles built between 2005 and 2014.
It's not been a great couple of weeks for Ford. On October 30, the company announced a 205,000-unit recall, and yesterday, it was revealed that the Ford brand's year-over-year sales were down over 5,000 units while the company itself was down 3,000 units over through October. Now, the company has announced five separate recalls affecting 202,000 vehicles built between 2005 and 2014.

The ST school is about more than just handbrake turns, hot laps, and sliding into parking spaces.
I felt like such a rock star. On my second pass around the UrbanCross course (read: fancy autocross) at the Ford ST Octane Academy, I absolutely nailed the exit, sliding the bright-yellow Focus ST sideways into a box the size of a parking space, all four wheels in line.
