1988 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe with 90k original miles. Burgundy exterior with black/ grey interior. Automatic. I purchased this car off the original owner with the hopes to keep it for my son for when he starts to drive. Wife doesn't agree with my philosophy. The car is in great shape. I had my mechanic install a new catalytic converter (rattling), Brakes inspected and brake lines bled. Fluids flushed. Although the car was garage kept, the paint is original and has minor fading..(small area on rear roof has clear coat thinning..Im going to wax it when the weather breaks), the interior is black and grey with no rips or tears. Heat and a/c working well along with all other accessories. Power windows, locks and power seat. The only non- original part is an alpine stereo (professionally installed) top Dash pad has cracking but still looks good. all gauges work well. Tires in good condition. Engine runs great and has never been apart, turbocharger shows no issues and boosts to 15psi. Great mpg. You wont be disappointed with this car. My reserve will be what I have in the car which is extremely reasonable (im sure it will hit the reserve right away...please dont ask) Im sure Im missing something so if you have any questions please ask...

Ford F-150 Tremor to pace NASCAR Truck Series this weekend

Wed, 14 Aug 2013

Ford's bro-tastic F-150 Tremor will be pacing this weekend's NASCAR Camping World Truck Series at Michigan International Speedway. The Tremor fills a gap in the Ford F-Series lineup that we imagine the NASCAR set have clamored for - a hot-rod pickup truck.
Where the F-150 Raptor is designed to go quick on anything, the Tremor and its 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 are designed to tackle the road. The 365-horsepower and 420-pound-foot EcoBoost is unchanged from the rest of the F-150 line, but it combines the shortest drive ratio with the lightest two-door body, making it a bit of hot rod.
Ford will be offering hot laps with Michigan native Brad Keselowski behind the wheel of the Tremor for fans that arrive in the Irish Hills on August 14. The main showing for the new pickup will be the August 17 race, though, when it'll lead the field at the start of the race and through cautions.

Watch how a Ford Raptor rolls down the assembly line in Dearborn

Sun, 30 Mar 2014

Bloomberg TV reporter Matt Miller is the proud new owner of a pretty killer truck. How do we know? The reporter headed to Dearborn, MI to Ford's assembly plant, with a film crew in tow, to see exactly how his new F-150 SVT Raptor and its mother-loving 6.2-liter V8 engine, was screwed together.
The resulting video does an excellent job of summing up how an assemblage of parts and pieces is turned into a triple-black Raptor, thanks to the work of some 1,000 employees and about 20 hours of real time. Click through below to see how the truck is born, with a surprise cameo playing the part of delivery driver at the end.

Ford begins testing right-hand-drive Mustang

Wed, 20 Aug 2014

Ford has officially kicked off testing of the right-hand-drive variant of its sixth-generation, 2015 Mustang, according to a statement issued by the company, which came with the above photo.
According to Ford, this will mark the first time a right-hand-drive 'Stang has traveled down the company's assembly line alongside its LHD brethren. It is far from the first of the legendary pony cars to feature its wheel on the wrong side, though, as converters in RHD markets across the globe have been making swaps for years.
Ford is planning on using the white, droptop Mustang for RHD development ahead of the car's arrival in the UK, Australia and South Africa, among other markets. Scroll down for the official press blast.
