I bought the car new and have since put a lot of upgrades on it. Car is in great shape with very low miles. Underneath the custom copper vinyl wrap, is flawless oem black paint. The motor is fully built, with 9:1 compression and has a custom twin turbo kit. It has twin 2871 turbos that make 625 HP @ 24lbs of boost on race gas and 500 HP @ 18lbs of boost on pump gas. Its tuned on UpRev. Its sitting on 20" Vossen wheels. Lowered on KW coilovers. Also has a Passport laser/radar detector. Also has a custom stereo setup: The source signal is interfaced to the Audison Bit One processor which is the heart of the system. This allows for a 32 band eq and time alignment. The Front door Panels have been modified to fit two sets of Audison Voce 6" components achieving loud clean sound for the front stage. The Door panels are finished off to mimic the factory panels and keep that stealth look. The trunk is home to 4 Jl audio 10" subwoofers , Audison Voce Quattro, and Audison Voce Uno amplifers. Since this is a show and go type install the trunk panels were completely were built from the ground up using Fiberglass and small amounts of MDF covered in black vinyl. Accent rings were covered in light grey to have a splash of pop appeal. There is hidden blue lights that come on when the trunk is open. By lowering the back seat, you are able to view into the trunk via a very cool triangle window so you can enjoy the blue lights and install from the cabin of the vechile. The entire G37 is sound prepped and tuned for a loud, clear soundstage, making the ultimate listening experience.

Assessing Sebastian Vettel's first 100 days as Infiniti's director of performance
Mon, 08 Jul 2013Whenever a new US president is elected, we know to expect a performance review as soon as he (or she) has spent 100 days in office. Sebastian Vettel, arguably given a job that is more important to Infiniti than the US president, has been the brand's director of performance for one hundred revolutions of The Blue Marble, and Infiniti has put together a videographic glimpse of his work at Paul Ricard, in the US and England.
We probably won't really get a grip on the full results of his efforts for a while - we doubt that he's been in his post long enough to significantly alter the trajectory of the Q50 sedan, for instance. But then again, Infiniti insists he's been integral to the car's dynamics development regime, suggesting he's been working as a test driver for some time before these 100 days. Of course, Vettel is a race car driver and brand ambassador first and foremost, but when he tells a Q50 engineer that "For the future, I think it's more comfortable to have the shift paddles on the steering wheel," we get the sense that he won't hesitate to suggest changes in forthcoming products. Nissan recalls 226k vehicles over airbag inflators
Wed, 30 Jul 2014Nissan and Infiniti are the latest automakers to issue recalls involving faulty airbag inflators from Takata. The Japanese automakers have announced campaigns covering about 226,326 units from seven models built in the early 2000s because they contain the bad part in the passenger-side, front airbag. The affected vehicles include the 2002-2004 Nissan Sentra, 2002-2003 Pathfinder and 2002-2003 Maxima, and it also covers the 2002-2003 Infiniti QX4, 2002-2003 I35, 2003 FX45 and 2003 FX35.
Like the other vehicles with the faulty inflators, it's possible for the part to rupture during airbag deployment and spray metal shrapnel at occupants. Nissan and Infiniti have even included vehicles with replacement airbags in this campaign because those parts also could have been defective. Both companies were also part of the earlier regional campaign to fix cars in high-humidity climates where the problem has been found to be the worst.
As is the usual response, Nissan and Infiniti will notify owners of the affected vehicles and will make the repair at no charge. According to the filing with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, these fixes will commence around August 11. Tue, 25 Mar 2014Here are just a few great drift cars: Toyota AE86, Mazda RX-7, Nissan Z, Nissan Silvia, and Ford Mustang. One vehicle you won't find on that list, however, is the Infiniti M, because it's a big, heavy luxury car.
It's comfortable, spacious and better to drive than you might expect. And yet, even though it was possible to get one with a very nice 335-horsepower, 4.5-liter V8, it wouldn't be the first car we'd gut and take drifting in an empty warehouse. Formula Drift driver Chris Forsberg didn't get our memo, evidently, which is why we have this video of him flinging a big, white Infiniti through an empty building.
It's an entertaining video, if only because using an M as a drift car is just such a ludicrous sight. Scroll down to watch the entire clip.
