1999 Infiniti Q45 Touring editon. This car looks good inside and out. Engine has a knock and needs to be repaired or replaced. Autocheck says possible rollback on the miles or a clerical error. It was a clerical error whover signed the title at one point wrote that it had 11k miles instead of putting 71k. They simply confused the 1 and a 7. You can look at the autocheck Ebay displays and see exactly what Im saying. CAll me for more clarity on that. Other than that the car shifts fine. Fully loaded. Power locks and doors. Keyless entry. Clean leather seats. 6 disc CD changer. Bose Stereo sounds excellent. Heated seats. Sunroof. Rear Climate control. Rear Cup holders. Back window has a curtain. Seats 5 comfortably. 17/24 mpg. Infiniti cribs new US boss from Porsche
Mon, 19 Aug 2013Just weeks before he was supposed to become CEO of Porsche Cars Australia, Infiniti has apparently offered Porsche COO and Executive Vice President Michael Bartsch a deal he couldn't refuse. Thus, Bartsch has join the company as Vice President of Infiniti Americas, the luxury marque's top North American post. Bartsch replaces Ben Poore, who has been with the automaker since 2008, having led both a 22-percent sales surge in 2012 and the brand's current sales slough, Automotive News reports.
Bartsch, Porsche's No. 2 US executive, has held the COO and Executive Vice President positions at Porsche since 2005 and was scheduled to become CEO of Porsche's Oz division on September 1. Infiniti has experienced a number of recent personnel changes in the past week: it named Vincent Gillet, formerly an executive for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, to lead its marketing efforts worldwide and Simon Cox, a former designer for automakers including Ford and Peugeot, to head a new design studio in London.

Infiniti expanding lineup by 60% over next five years
Tue, 19 Aug 2014Johan de Nysschen had only been at the helm of Infiniti for two years when he left for a position atop Cadillac. But in that time, he indeed left his mark on the brand. Most visibly, there was the drastic Q-ification of the company's vehicle naming strategy, but beyond that were big plans to beef up the Infiniti brand with the goal of making it a fully competitive luxury automaker.
Autoblog spoke with Michael Bartsch, vice president of Infiniti Americas, during Monterey Car Week, and he confirms Infiniti's brand direction is "still exactly as Johan presented it." Over the next five years, the company's portfolio will expand by 60 percent, and that will be aided with additional engine and transmission plants, most notably the recent collaboration with Daimler to build 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engines.
Infiniti's lineup will grow to include eight sedans/coupes and five crossovers/SUVs.
