So I use to drive this vehicle daily. Around 2 years ago I came across a good deal on a newer Saab 9-3 Turbo and I purchased it. I have drove the Saab ever since. I have not had this car licensed with a license plate or insured since I bought the Saab. I decided to keep the Jaguar incase I had issues with the Saab. I have never had issues with the Saab and I continued to keep the jaguar sitting out in the driveway. I have decided to purchase new windows for the house so I could use the extra cash and the wife has repeated many times its time to let it go. I always liked this model Jag and I can always say I owned one. Now I am not advertising this jaguar in prestige condition as it does have some rust on it which I took pictures of. Everything works on this Jag accept the rear view mirror is blacked out . The Jag has 114,000 Miles and all lighting and what not works. It does have good YOKOHAMA TIRES. I think they where around 500.00 for the set if I remember correctly maybe a little more. Now with all this being said keep in mind It is running it is not licensed with a license plate it has no insurance and I am selling it as is with no gurantees what so ever. Jaguar Land Rover may build factory in Saudi Arabia
Tue, 11 Dec 2012The Middle East is one of the fastest-growing markets for Land Rover, so it makes sense that the automaker is looking to set up shop in the region. According to Automotive News, Jaguar Land Rover is in talks with the people of Saudi Arabia to build a factory in the country at an expected initial cost of $1.2 billion. Still in the early stage of talks, the proposed facility could start up by 2017 using locally sourced materials such as steel and aluminum.
Such an arrangement could be beneficial for both entities as Saudi Arabia looks to diversify its oil-reliant economy and Land Rover could get local production capacity of around 50,000 units. The report also says that the agreement talks about the possibility for Jaguar models to be built at the same plant further down the road.
This won't be the first vehicle produced in Saudi Arabia - that honor goes to the KSU Gazal-1 - but it will be the first from a major global automaker.
Jaguar F-Type 'Design Study' headed to Goodwood
Mon, 08 Jul 2013With the Goodwood Festival of Speed taking place this weekend, Jaguar has announced it will be there with its new trio of R models as well as a design study version of the hot new F-Type sports car. While we've already seen the XFR-S last year at the LA Auto Show and the XJR and XKR-S GT at the New York Auto Show, the F-Type design study has our attention.
Based on our recent sighting of a fixed-roof F-Type being tested in full camouflage, this could mean that we'll finally get to see a sexy F-Type Coupe in near-production form. Of course, with all of the other R branded models on display, Jaguar could also unveil a sporty new R - or maybe even an RS - F-Type roadster. Whatever is planned, it will not be a static display - Jaguar says the design study car will be in action, making the fabled run up Goodwood Hill with chief engineer Mike Cross at the wheel.
