Winter is coming...

There is no better vehicle to tackle what Mother Nature throws your way than this!

2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with 121k miles.

Exterior color: Light Pewter Clearcoat Metallic   -   Interior color: Taupe

It’s got the bulletproof 4.0L inline 6 cyl. These motors have been known to go upwards of 300,000 miles.

We are the second owner of this vehicle, we bought it in 2007 with 20k miles as a Jeep Certified Pre-owned. It’s never been in an accident.

You will not find a nicer, cleaner, or more well maintained Grand Cherokee out there.  This Jeep is absolutely perfect inside and out, with the exception of a tiny ding on the rear hatch, and a small crack on the speaker grille of the passenger door.  (see pics) Otherwise, there is not a scratch on it. The seats aren’t even worn.

Always garaged.

This Jeep has it all…

Selec-trac 4wd, with the option of 2wd, part time or full time 4wd and 4wd Low Range. Shifts easily in and out of 4wd. Transfer case was replaced at 75k miles.

A/C blows ice cold. Original AM/FM radio with CD.

Power Sunroof with tilt and slide.

Remote Start with 2 remotes.

Trailer hitch with 4 pin wiring. This vehicle never towed anything more than my 4’x8’ utility trailer back and forth to Home Depot. See pics of hitch.

Everything works perfectly. No leaks, squeaks, rattles, etc.

Tires are 8 months old with 10k miles on them. Warrantied to 80k.

New power steering pump (and fluid), radiator (and coolant), throttle body gasket.

Recent brakes – there is absolutely no pulsation while braking.

Recent tune up with plugs.

***I have all the paperwork from repairs and maintenance on the Jeep- including oil changes! Oil was changed every 3,000 miles!

This truck has been so good to us, we recently bought the 2014 model. Unfortunately, we need to say good bye to it.

This vehicle is for sale locally, and I reserve the right to end the auction early. Vehicle is for sale AS-IS, with no warranties included or implied.

This is a NO RESERVE auction. High bidder takes it. Bid to win and good luck.

Terms: Contact seller within 24 hours of the end of the auction. $2000 deposit due via Pay Pal within 48 hours of the end of auction. Balance due within 72 hours.

2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel

Tue, 26 Feb 2013

Choose Your Own Adventure... But Choose Wisely
Jeep has got you covered. We can say this without even having to know what it is you want, because there's hardly an option or configuration that you won't find in the 2014 Grand Cherokee. There are three different engines, three different four-wheel-drive systems (plus rear-wheel drive), four different trim levels - not counting SRT - two different suspension setups and five different settings for various off-road terrain conditions. If you happen to check the box for Quadra-Lift, you'll also have five different ride-height settings for the driver-selectable air suspension.
As you might expect with so many customization possibilities, the way a buyer checks the options sheet can have a profound effect on the final product and its capabilities, to say nothing of its price. Nowhere is that more true than with the Grand Cherokee's choice of engines, with the brand-new 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6 stealing the spotlight from the still excellent gasoline-fueled 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 and 5.7-liter Hemi V8 powerplants that carry over from last year. No matter which engine you choose, though, it will be paired up with Jeep's new standard eight-speed automatic transmission from ZF. This, ladies and gentlemen, is very good news indeed.

Jeep teases pair of Moab concepts early

Tue, 19 Mar 2013

With the 47th annual Moab Easter Jeep Safari coming up at the end of this month, Jeep is preparing to roll out six new off-road-ready concept vehicles. The first two being teased are the Jeep Grand Cherokee "Trailhawk II" concept and the Jeep Wrangler "Slim," and while we have no information on either, we at least get an idea of what they'll look like.
We can't tell why this Wrangler is called Slim, but it has a nice black-and-red paint scheme with a serious off-roading front bumper and five-spoke beadlock wheels. There's even less we can figure out about the Grand Cherokee's Trailhawk II concept except that it appears to be painted up in the same Crusher Orange paint job as the recently introduced SRT Viper TA. We'll likely more of these as well as peeks at the other Moab concepts as we get closet to this year's Moab Easter Jeep Safari, which will be held March 23 through 31.

2013 Jeep Wrangler Moab Edition

Wed, 11 Dec 2013

There will forever be a soft spot in my heart for the Jeep Wrangler. The last one I owned was red, and, as a 1990 model, had the square headlights derided by Jeep enthusiasts who grew up on the Civilian Jeeps that descended from their General Purpose military ancestors. As a teenager, I couldn't have cared less what shape its headlights happened to be - to me, a Jeep Wrangler represented freedom; a carefree do-it-all machine equally at home with the top stowed away in the summer or with the heater on full blast in the snowy clutches of Old Man Winter. In Dr. Seuss parlance, my square-headlighted Sneetch was just as worthy as any round-headlighted Sneetch.
All that said, I'll be the first person to advise against buying a Jeep Wrangler of any sort for owners who don't plan to use it as its makers intend. There's no good reason to punish yourself with a stiff and springy ride, a loud and somewhat drafty (though generally water-resistant) interior or the poor fuel economy expected of a block-shaped vehicle if you don't enjoy its other, more exciting benefits.
Of course, Jeep has done its darndest over the years to make the Wrangler as civilized as possible while keeping it as capable as federal law will allow. The 2013 Jeep Wrangler Moab edition is one of Jeep's latest attempts to attract attention from the upper reaches of the active lifestyle set, and I spent a week with one to see what makes the Moab special.
