Up for sale is our families 2014 Lexus CT200H F Sport hybrid. The car is very clean and well taken care of with the new car smell still present. The car only has 27K miles on it. The gas mileage is exceptional, a full tank which costs me around $16-20 and has a range of 443 miles!!!! We bought the top of the line CT with every option this vehicle offers with the F sport package which delivers the aggressive hour glass front bumper/bezel, sportier rear bumper, gunmetal wheels, Black roof with the paint matched rear spoiler. Full service records on the vehicle and everything runs as it should. The condition of the vehicle is excellent with a few rock chips here and there from highway driving. Just had the vehicle fully detailed this past weekend so she is ready to go. We are upgrading to an SUV and need to let this beauty go. All 4 tires still have lots of tread on them and this vehicle does not need a penny spent on it. Lexus teases Frankfurt Motor Show concept... is it the RC Coupe?
Tue, 20 Aug 2013With the teaser image of the concept car above and the announcement that Lexus will be premiering it to the world at the Frankfurt Motor Show on Tuesday, September 10, you know pretty much what we know. The Japanese luxury brand has decided to to say nothing more. Picture sleuthers have, however, suggested that it is a conceptual preview of either the RC Coupe or the hotter RC-F that will be revealed in Tokyo, or, less likely, the coming NX crossover - and that covers all the bases that we know of.
Along with that, Europeans will get to lay eyes on the GS 300h for the first time, the sport sedan powered by Lexus' 2.5L hybrid powertrain. You'll find a skosh more information in the press release below.
Lexus to debut small hybrid CUV at 2014 Geneva Motor Show
Fri, 05 Apr 2013Following rumors that Lexus has been working on a small crossover to slot below the RX (pictured), Automotive News Europe reports that the production-ready CUV will bow at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show next March. Later this year, Lexus will preview this new crossover by way of a concept car at the Tokyo Motor Show in November.
According to the report, this new crossover will be a hybrid, and will ride on the smaller architecture that underpins the Toyota RAV4. Specific details have not been confirmed, but AN states that the entry-level CUV will be powered by the same 2.5-liter gasoline-electric drivetrain found in the Lexus ES 300h. Since Toyota will evidently be taking the time to hybridize the platform, we can't help but assume that it will eventually build a second-gen RAV4 EV.
Either way, with the small luxury CUV segment heating up, Lexus is likely smart to offer a player in this space. Until now, there has not been a Lexus crossover below the RX, and this new model will compete with other new players in the class including the BMW X1 and Audi Q3.
