Hi up for sale again 1991 Lincoln Town Car ( I had it listed before but I had to cancel auction since my other car had some mechanic issues so I was using this one but now the other one is fixed so this one is up for sale again). Just over 66k miles on it runs great. Outside condition: paint on roof, trunk and quarter panel got sun burned  as pictured...(I wish I had a garage) other than that it got plenty of scuff/scratches nothing big some of them are touched up some of them you can buffed out some not. Back bumper gray color is peeling little bit(yellow spots on the pics).  Back in May this year we had hail in that area car was parked underneath tree and  I only noticed 2 dings on the hood, around 3 dings on the roof, and around 10 on the trunk. But hood and roof you need to  take close look to notice it. Trunk hard to hide it...  small door dings/dent some of them pictured  not  bad for 23year old car pretty much regular use I've seen worst 2005's . Interior pretty much as pictured great condition. 1yr old  Pioneer Cd Player with remote 2 back speakers replaced to pioneers. Radio antenna is broken I forgot to shut the radio off in automatic car wash... Tires are not bald but they will need replacement soon.  Car was parked not driven for past 2 months and it starts right up with no problems. Air suspension work great with no problems. If you are interested come and see it just let me know. Any question just ask me. Car is sold AS-IS car is 23yr old and it does have scratches, ding, dents... Autoblog Podcast #327:

Lincoln to adopt Mini-like personalization strategy?

Fri, 18 Jan 2013

There's no single silver bullet that will cure all that ails the Lincoln brand, and Ford knows that just as surely as we do. Coming out with exciting new models like the well-received MKC crossover counts as several steps in the right direction, assuming of course that the production version is as appealing as the concept just shown at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show, but more is needed. According to Jim Farley, executive vice president of Lincoln, one more trick may be "mass customization."
Put another way, Lincoln is considering ways to allow buyers to customize their new vehicles right off the showroom floor, similar to how things are done at Mini, and, to a lesser extent, Scion, where Farley previously served as corporate manager. Imagine, for instance, ordering a new MKC with a large Lincoln insignia embossed into the leather seatbacks, according to Automotive News.
While we're not so sure anybody is all that interested in paying extra for more Lincoln logos, it's a strategy that has proven rather fruitful at Mini. Only time will tell if Ford's erstwhile luxury division will once again be seen as something truly worth reaching for, and if customers are willing to pay a further premium for customization.

2015 Lincoln MKC

Mon, 09 Jun 2014

Back in 2012, Lincoln claimed its comeback bid was finally underway with the new-for-2013 MKZ. But don't you believe them - the renaissance won't actually begin in earnest until the shapely compact crossover seen here reaches showrooms in big numbers. That's because while the four-door MKZ was indeed a proper step toward rebirth, the 2015 MKC is the first wholly conceived vehicle under Lincoln as a standalone brand, a move first announced back in 2012.
That's an important distinction, because Lincoln's newfound emancipation from Ford's design and development processes has given the struggling marque both the corporate wherewithal and the will to develop a more fully formed product. The four-wheeled result seen here is a surprisingly cohesive luxury CUV, one with significantly more aesthetic and dynamic separation from its Ford Escape sibling than the MKZ and its Fusion counterpart. Said another way, after flogging Lincoln's latest for hundreds of miles over canyon roads outside of Santa Barbara, we've come to understand that this is far from a re-grilled Dearborn special with luxury tinsel - it's a bona fide standalone product that readily displays the sort of clear differentiation seen in platform cousins like the Audi Q5 and the Volkswagen Tiguan. It's the real deal.
