I am selling my 2005 mazda 6 as a parts car. The motor blew up in it a few weeks ago and instead of me fixing the car I just bought a new one. the motor and transmission are out of the car. what you see is what you get. the car is being sold as a parts car due to I am not able to obtain a title for the car at the current time it will be sold using a notorized bill of sale. the car had originally been totaled out and was rebuilt and put back on the road. since I have had the car I have upgraded the breaks with drilled and slotted rotors all the way around replaced the calipers all the way around (backs no longer work though) these upgrades were done about 2 years ago. I repainted the car just over a year ago. All in all the car is a good car it just needs a motor and a title which I can get but its going to take me sometime can explain in further detailed to interested party. 3 tires are good for summer use not recommended for winter the 4th is a brand new tire maybe 5xxx miles on it it is a continental dws tuned extreme contact also have a set of front wheel bearing for it . I am forgetting a lot of things about the car but just message me and ask whatever ill answer the best I can I can also send extra pix of the car as well just ask tell me what your looking for also with the paint I did a 2 tone black on dark steel in the black I put a flake in it rear bumber about a 3 inch rip in it but its underneath the carand cant be seen unless your on your hands and knees. and I do not know if the mileage is correct I know that its somewhere around that range.

Mazda books first yearly profit in half-decade, NA still a drag
Tue, 30 Apr 2013Automotive News reports Mazda has posted its first annual profit in five years. The company made $364.3 million in the last fiscal year, following a $1.14 billion loss the year prior. Operating profit also jumped up by $91.3 million to $572.8 million, thanks in part to a revenue increase of 8 percent to $23.42 billion.
But the news isn't all rays of sunshine. North America continues to be a problem for Mazda where the automaker posted yet another loss. The manufacturer lost $519.1 million last year, up from $427.8 million the year prior. While the launch of the CX-5 helped see US sales increase by 2 percent to 273,000 vehicles, the region as a whole bought up 372,000 units. Mazda had predicted closer to 380,000 units.
Even so, Mazda says it should have North America back in the black by next year, with the company forecasting a sales increase of 11 percent to 415,000 units in the region. That's thanks in part to a boost from the redesigned Mazda6 sedan.
Mazda3 Skyactiv-Hybrid and CNG Concept shown in Japan
Thu, 21 Nov 2013Mazda has received a tremendous amount of public and industry praise in the last few years, following up the successful introduction of its Skyactiv technology (powertrain and otherwise), with strong products like CX-5, Mazda6 and most recently, the Mazda3. At the Tokyo Motor Show, Mazda has taken yet another step forward with Skyactiv and the 3, showing the compact (called "Axela" in Japan) with an all-new compressed natural gas engine in the Skyactiv-CNG Concept.
The end result of the Skyactiv-Hybrid is fuel consumption estimated at something like 74 miles per gallon.
Mazda thinks that CNG-powered vehicles are due for an uptick in demand, and the company believes this new powertrain will add valuable breadth to the Mazda3 range. The CNG Concept is actually a duel-fuel vehicle, capable of running on either natural gas or gasoline. In fact, we're told that the high compression ratio (14:1) inherent in Skyactiv-technology gasoline engines makes conversion to CNG particularly simple.
Next Mazdaspeed3 could go naturally aspirated?
Fri, 12 Jul 2013The new Mazda3 is a stunner, both aesthetically and from a driving perspective. As with all good things, though, there's always room for improvement. That's where the wizards from Mazdaspeed come in. Mazda's in-house tuner has been tweaking and turbocharging the five-door Mazda3 since 2007, with impressive results.
We've shown you renderings of what the third-generation Mazdaspeed3 could look like, and for the most part your response was quite positive. Now, AutoExpress has come out with details of just what might be under that long hood. According to our friends across the pond, the new Mazda3 MPS (that's what the Speed3 is called in Her Majesty's auto industry) will be arriving with a new, high-revving, naturally aspirated engine. Wait, what?
Yes, if the rumors are to be believed, the next Mazdaspeed3 will ditch its turbocharger. According to an anonymous engineer, the new MS3 will arrive in December (this is for the UK market, mind you) with a 200-horsepower, naturally aspirated engine. The 2.0-liter mill is based on the Skyactiv engine in the new 3, and should be capable of a sub-seven-second run to 62 miles per hour.
