I have a 2004 Mercedes Benz S 500 with the AMG sports package for sale.  It has 107,00 miles on it and it gets 22-23 MPG.  The original sticker on this rig was over $96k.  This car is in excellent shape - very few scuffs or scratches.  The interior is in near perfect condition - no rips or scuffs in seats, dash is perfect, all components in tact.  This car has everything imaginable on it - navigation; on screen programming; steering wheel controls; air ride suspension; heated/memory seats; moonroof; chrome wheels; the list goes on.

We had the Brakes, cabin and pollen filters done at 97,000 miles; motor and transmission mounts done at 105,000; B service is due in 1,000 miles.  Color is Desert Sage (gold).

The tire pressure sensor "malfunctions" - just hit the reset button and it goes away.  The original key was lost and replaced so the keyless start/stop does not work - you can purchase an "original" key from the dealer and it should work.  We put an Ipod dock in the glove box - car still has CD player in dash and 6 cd changer in trunk.

The car spent its entire life in Nevada and NM so you have no issues with rust, floods etc.

Reserve price is fair and i will help with shipping is possible.  Payment must be wired to my bank or some other "safe" way for both you and I.

Good luck

Race Recap: Singapore Grand Prix is about a safety car and submission

Mon, 23 Sep 2013

The Singapore Formula One Grand Prix is the Monaco GP of the Orient - a weekend known more for its glamour and time-slot than on-track action, with a temporary circuit that punishes every mistake, usually terminally.
Lewis Hamilton in the Mercedes-AMG Petronas got the best of Free Practice 1, opening the curtain on a possible resurgence of Silver Arrows performance. By the time qualifying was done, though, it was his teammate Nico Rosberg who lined up second on the grid, followed by Romain Grosjean with a beautiful performance in the Lotus, Mark Webber in the Infiniti Red Bull, and Hamilton all the way back in fifth. Behind them were Felipe Massa outqualifying Ferrari teammate Fernando Alonso, Jenson Button getting the McLaren into eighth, Daniel Ricciardo with another good Q3 effort to get into ninth, and the shocker of Esteban Gutiérrez getting his Sauber into the top ten for the first time this year.
At the front of the pack was Sebastian Vettel. Again. But he was only ahead of Rosberg by a single tenth of a second...

2015 Mercedes C-Class order guide leaked

Wed, 23 Apr 2014

We may not have an official starting price for the 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class, but as of right now, we can tell you about all the options for the eagerly anticipated new luxury sedan.
Benz Report has the entire order guide for the C-Class, with breakdowns from package pricing to how many different colors, wheel designs and lighting configurations will be available when the new model hits dealers later this year. As we mentioned in our initial review of the C-Class, there will be a pair of engine options, with the now familiar 2.0-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder available in both rear- and all-wheel-drive configurations and a 3.0-liter, twin-turbocharged V6, which can be had in all-wheel drive, only.
From there, though, the available options are impressive. Much like it does on the current car, Mercedes is offering a pair of packages that sort of define the entire car. With the C300, buyers will have the choice of either a Sport or Luxury package in addition to the base trim, while C400 buyers are limited to the Sport model.

Mercedes leads in US luxury car thefts

Wed, 31 Jul 2013

Mercedes-Benz makes some fine automobiles. The Silver Arrow'd cars are so good, apparently, that thieves can't help but try to steal them. The German brand is at the top of the charts for luxury car thefts in the US, according to the National Insurance Crime Bureau, with New York City leading the way. (And those New Yorkers complain about Detroit being bad!)
The C-Class was the most stolen model, with 485 ganked between 2009 and 2012 in NYC alone, while the E-Class and S-Class (which also boasted the worst recovery rate, at 59 percent) both finished in the top ten. Following the C-Class was the BMW 3 Series and Infiniti G. Not surprisingly, each of these were the most common models in their respective lineups. Los Angeles and Miami are also prime hotspots for luxury car thefts, according to the Detroit News report.
While getting your car stolen is pretty awful, there was one inspiring statistic compiled by the NICB - the average recovery rate across the board was 84 percent, with the Cadillac CTS getting recovered 91 percent of the time.
