This 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander GT is in excellent condition. It has many of the upgrades that Mitsubishi has to offer with additional upgrades including duel head rest DVD monitors and upgraded WeatherTech floor mats not to mention the original floor mats will be included.
Enjoy watching movies in the front and having the option to feed the video to the rear displays or each individual display can watch their own video. Headrest's have USB and SD ports or you can insert a DVD for playback. Any IR compatible headphones will work with the DVD headrests and are not provided with the car. There is a film protector on each of the screens from the manufacture. Enjoy the nice sounding Rockford Fosgate system especially with movies. The HID headlights are amazing at night are best HID headlights I have ever used. The GPS system works well and gives detailed information when trying to reach your destination. Has never seen snow and always garaged kept. There is one scratch on the driver's door about and inch long caused by my friend....nice friend. 2013 Pikes Peak Hill Climb, Practice Day 3
Thu, 27 Jun 2013The third practice day of the 91st Pikes Peak International Hill Climb is done. While the other classes got running time on the middle and top sections of the course, qualifying times were set on the bottom section of the course for the Open, Open Wheel, Electric, Exhibition and Vintage classes.
Everyone managed to keep it on the black stuff today, Greg Tracy setting the fastest time ahead of Hiroshi Masuoka, both men driving the Mitsubishi MiEV Evolution II four-wheel-drive prototype. Not even half a second behind Masuoka came Nobuhiro "Monster" Tajima in his Monster Sport E-Runner, who has taken about 18 seconds off his time since the first practice day. Rod Millen was the fourth fastest on the day in his Toyota TMG EV POO2.
Topping the Open Wheel class was Clint Vahsholtz, followed by Donner Billingsley, Andy Figueroa and Rodney O'Maley. The only driver in that class not to be given a time today was Dan Novembre. Kenshiro Gushi took the Exhibition class today as his Lexus IS F CCS-R made it up the mountain in 4:27.248, followed by Sage Marie in the Honda CR-Z at 5:19.591. Simon Pagenaud and his Honda Odyssey weren't classified.

Mitsubishi recalling i-MiEV models for brake problem
Thu, 02 Oct 2014Mitsubishi is issuing a recall for the 2010-2014 i-MiEV that affects 1,810 units of the little electric car, because it's possible for the brake vacuum pump to stop working. If this happens, the result would be longer stopping distances, according to the company. The affected models were built between September 15, 2009, and March 25, 2014.
While this is just a single recall, there are actually two things that can cause this brake problem on the i-MiEV, according to Mitsubishi's filing with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. First, bad programming in the EV-ECU could cause the system to "falsely judge that the relay contact point is stuck," according to the full NHTSA defect notice PDF. Second, the vacuum pump exhaust hole could be corroded and blocked due to being splashed with road salt. However, the company says that if either fault happens, the brake warning lamp would illuminate, and there would be an audible alarm.
Depending on which issue is affecting an owner's i-MiEV, Mitsubishi is going to reprogram the software, replace the pump or both. Scroll down to read the recall report from NHTSA.
