It has had the two right wheels replaced and car realigned by a certified GTR mechanic from contacting a curb because the city did not sweep the roads good enough! The driver front wheel has a scape on it and the spoiler in front of it from a damn ATM machine curb! I am trying to get an alloy wheel repair shop to fix it. I have included pictures of both marks."

I bought this absolutely incredible car when I retired from the Navy and moved to the mountains of Tennessee. It is the most incredible sports car I have ever owned between a whole bunch of Camaros, Corvettes, Audis, Jags, old muscle cars and others. I have come to sell it while I am working in Louisiana to save up for a GTR. As incredible as this car is I can only imagine what Godzilla will be like. I had to replace the right side wheels and get the right side aligned from coming through an intersection that had loose gravel in it and I contacted the adjacent curb. The certified GTR mechanic did a wonderful job of lining up the car and actually better than it was new! I think he threw a few little tricks in there. There is still a mark on the front left wheel and the edge of the lower front left spoiler from trying to get close to an ATM machine. Asshole banks! Why do they do that!!!! )%)*&$$.

Anyway, I installed Berk downpipes, a Borla Exhaust, and K&N cold air intakes and the John at Z1 Motorsports dyno tuned the car for about 3 hours one day. I don't have the dyno sheet but he raised the speed limiter and the redline a little and if I remember correctly it was like 320hp to the rear wheels.

I also installed a Volfenhag sub in the stock location and a Boss amp with remote sub output control. With the stock stereo it sounds pretty damn good. The speaker bar in the back has Sony Xplode speakers in it and the doors are stock speakers.

The car also comes with a hardwired Passport Escort Radar Detector with a remote silence next to the traction control button.

I am also including an Actron AutoScanner plus. Reason for this is if you drive at a steady speed in 6th gear for a while sometime the catalyst not working efficiently will active a trouble code. This is because the catalytic convertors are in the garage in a box!! The come with the car if you are so inclined to reinstall them.

Any questions or comments or concerns or you want pics text me at 225-692-1867 or send me a message through eBay

I am starting the bidding out about $6000 less than the other two that are on here. I am not a dealer and this is not a perfect car. It has been well taken care of and is a garage queen most of the time. It has a lot to offer and is a good price. Between KBB and NADA the retail price goes from $26000 to over $29000

Nissan Safari police truck a sort of A-Team van from Japan

Wed, 28 May 2014

Television today might be at one the best points in the medium's history with shows like Mad Men, Louie, True Detective and streaming offerings like House of Cards. However, none of those come close to the number of car chases and explosions of '70s and '80s offerings like Charlie's Angels, The A-Team or The Dukes of Hazard. Apparently, this prevalence of action at the time wasn't just an American phenomenon. In Japan, a show called Seibu Keisatsu fulfilled the nation's need for shootouts and stunts.
Nissan was a major sponsor of the show, and therefore the brand's vehicles were used extensively, including a highly modified Nissan Safari SUV (also known as the Nissan Patrol), pictured above. In the show's lore, it was equipped with radar, a camera and a fire extinguisher capable of turning over a car. The series ran 236 episodes from 1979 to 1984, and with the trailer below as indication, that allowed time for plenty of car jumps and explosions.
The entire Seibu Keisatsu series is now coming out in Japan on DVD and Blu-Ray packed in a fake gun case. The trailer below shows off some of the action of the series. It all starts out normal enough, but about a minute into the video there are all sorts of Nissans jumping and crashing. Plus, there is a guy on fire in a shootout. This show looks like some seriously cheesy fun. Scroll down to get a taste of it.

Nissan to add Rogue, Murano hybrid around 2015

Sun, 25 Aug 2013

Except for the limited-production, Toyota-assisted Altima Hybrid, Nissan has pretty much shied away from hybrid vehicles, but that is all about to change. As a part of a plan to launch a total of 15 electrified vehicles by 2016, Nissan is launching the Pathfinder Hybrid, which goes on sale this fall, and we've heard in the past that the Altima will get another hybrid variant, as well. Now, Green Car Reports is confirming that the Murano and the smaller Rogue (seen above in next-gen prototype phase) will both receive hybrid powertrains.
Though riding on different platforms, both hybrid crossovers could share the system being introduced in the Pathfinder, consisting of a 2.5-liter supercharged four-cylinder engine, a 22-horsepower electric motor and a lithium-ion battery pack. There is still no word on when the next-gen Murano will arrive, but the 2014 Nissan Rogue will be introduced on September 10.

Nissan Kicks concept debuts in Sao Paulo [w/videos]

Tue, 28 Oct 2014

The Sao Paulo Motor Show only comes around once every other year, and Nissan - an automaker deeply vested in the Latin American market - isn't missing out on the opportunity to showcase a new crossover concept.
Called the Kicks concept, the crossover seems to slot in size-wise in between the Juke and the Rogue. Nissan isn't saying much about it, though, aside from its having drawn its inspiration from Brazil with a "satin titanium" finish and bright orange trim - the former taking its cues from Sao Paulo and the latter from Rio.
While emphasizing its Brazilian character, Nissan also stresses that the concept's creation was "a product of global collaboration." So while it isn't saying anything about production feasibility, it is seemingly suggesting that if it were put into production - and as we stated previously, we think it just might - it could stand to be a global model and not confined strictly to South America.
