I am selling this car for a friend,so I am giving you the information that he wanted me to post for him.I have seen the car,the man selling this car is my boss.We have a decent starter car here. This Tempest has a new floor pan welded in and patches welded in the front fenders. This project still has some rust in the trunk and rear panel..This is a 'post' car with bucket seats. This project has a Hurst shifter and a 3:90 posi rear end with ladder bars. The motor is a 330 Pontiac motor that you can hear run.It needs a radiator, gas tank, and a rear bumper. There are some extra parts with this car.As I said, this is indeed a project car,but is a really good start for making a GTO clone,or restore or make a rat rod. There is also a 400 and a turbo 350 availible. If you have any questions, feel free to call Ron at (419)569-4287 or Doug at (419)569-4286.Good luck with your bidding, there is no reserve on this car!

Looking back at Oprah's free-car giveaway 10 years later
Fri, 12 Sep 2014
Oprah kicked off her 19th season in dramatic fashion by giving all 276 members of the studio audience a free car.
Molly Vielweber's Pontiac G6 appears unremarkable at first glance. It wears forest green paint, rolls on five-spoke aluminum wheels, and it has a sizeable scrape in the driver's side door, the scar of a decade's worth of hard use. You wouldn't notice it parked at a big box store or cruising on the highway. Pontiac made hundreds of thousands of G6s in the 2000s, and a lot are still on the road. It's unremarkable in every way except for the front license plate, which reads, "Oprah 6."

Aficionauto sits down with The Hoff and KITT
Fri, 10 Oct 2014The latest video from The Aficionauto is the perfect palate cleanser for Knight Rider fans after finding out that Justin Bieber is the voice of KITT in an upcoming film. Host Christopher Rutkowski says that the Knight Industries Two Thousand is one of the most requested vehicles to appear on the series and for good reason - Michael Knight's Pontiac Trans-Am is among the most famous cars to ever appear on television.
While the video isn't able to showcase one of the original KITTs from the series, it does get star David Hasselhoff to drive his personal replica and talk about the lasting legacy of the show. The highlight here might be seeing The Hoff back behind the wheel in the open desert basically recreating Knight Rider's opening sequence.
With all of its flashing lights and gizmos, you can probably make the argument that KITT is pretty cheesy, and the show itself was never exactly a pillar of high-quality drama on television. Despite that, the series still provides a ton of good-natured fun, and The Hoff's continued enthusiasm for it is pretty infectious. Check out The Aficionauto video to take another ride with Knight Rider.
