Absolutely stunning and like new 34,000 mile 911/993 Carrera 4S Wide Body Coupe. This Porsche is finished in Guards
Red over Black Special Glove Soft Full Leather interior. If you know Porsche's, then you know that these cars are
the most sought after and appreciating later model 911's in the market today. The 993 style 911 is the last of the
air cooled cars and arguably the most beautiful Porsche ever made. The Carrera 4S is the ultimate example of this
style, with All Wheel Drive, the Turbo wide body, Turbo “Big Red” brakes, 18" Turbo wheels, and other features
without the Turbo price, maintenance, or insurance. With regard to resale value, the Carrera 4S is by far the
leader and most likely to continue to gain value in years to come due to it's widespread popularity but low
production numbers.
This beautiful Porsche is a three owner car. Its original home was in California; its second owner was a doctor who
lived in Terra Haute Indiana. He purchased the car in 1996 from its first owner with 600 miles and drove 18K over
12 years. In 2008 I purchased this beauty and drove the next 16K pampered miles over 7 years between Michigan and
Georgia. The condition of this Porsche is best described as spectacular. Truly this vehicle has lived its life
mostly tucked in the carriage house. The paint and body show no dings, dents, or even surface scratches whatsoever.
The Guards Red paint shines like new with no issues. Even the 18" wheels are in perfect condition without so much
as a scuff and are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport tires.
This car is loaded with an incredible amount of very rare options including: Black Full Special Glove Soft
“Naked” Leather Interior with special leather front and rear seats, Leather door panels, full console,
Aluminum/Leather shifter and brake handle, leather door pulls, Leather wrapped CD holder, and Black floor mats with
leather piping, Porsche transportable phone system with cradle, AM/FM CD player, Aluminum gauge faces, Litronic
Xenon HID headlamps, and Chrome exhaust finishers. The interior of this car is best described as 'like new' and
has virtually no signs of wear whatsoever. Even the leather still looks like the day it was new. As you can see
from the pictures, the paint on this car is absolutely showroom condition and could be rated as 'show quality'.
This car comes complete with all books and manuals. If you are looking for the most beautiful, low mileage, fully
and rare optioned, best color 993 C4S, don't miss out on this one-of-a-kind car.

Jay Leno welcomes finely rebuilt Porsche 356 into his garage
Wed, 15 Jan 2014Not a month after the Porsche 911 Reimagined by Singer visited Jay Leno's garage, another artfully restored Porsche has rolled in. This time it's a 1957 Porsche 356A Outlaw, the "outlaw" moniker referring to Porsches that have been restored outside the bounds of period-correct orthodoxy.
This 356A was literally done from the ground up by Michigander Chuck Olenyk, the floor of the car having fallen apart so badly that he couldn't remove the roof at first since it was holding the vehicle together. Olenyk said that of the 2000 hours over seven years that he spent restoring the car, 500 were spent just on repairing the rust. That's undoubtedly some of the reason why when he tried to sell the unrestored car as a roller in the nineties for $1,000, no one would take it off his hands.
Olenyk fitted a mildly tuned engine from a Porsche 912, the transmission from a 356B, the brakes from a 356C, Fuchs mags and a modified replicar Speedster roof from Intermecchnica. It lacks nothing even with just 115 horsepower, and it adds to that with charm and aural appeal. You can see and hear the full story in the video below.
Proof the world revolves around the Porsche Cayman
Sat, 27 Apr 2013Or at least the world revolves underneath the Porsche Cayman, in the latest video showing off Stuttgart's mid-engine coupe. Porsche put an Easter egg in the world that spins triple-time, a "famous relative" of the Cayman hidden somewhere on the marble planet, and gave a Porsche Martini bag to one of the first 50 people who could point it out.
With more than 300 views there's no chance you'll win the bag, but you can still go on the treasure hunt in the video below.
Porsche Cayman gets a new face
Fri, 12 Sep 2014We've already seen photos of the facelifted Porsche Boxster out testing, but we're now seeing these same changes making their way onto the hardtop Cayman coupe. Cosmetically, the next round of Porsche's smallest sports cars isn't vastly different, with redesigned headlamps, LED running lights (like its big brother, the 911), and new taillamps that actually aren't visible on the prototype seen here.
The big news for the updated Boxster/Cayman range is the long-rumored four-cylinder engine. Recent reports suggest we could see four-pots with displacements of 1.6, 2.0, or 2.5 liters, and with output ratings as high as 360 horsepower. Of course, these new four-cylinder mills would be both turbocharged and direct-injected.
It's unclear whether or not the six-cylinder engine range will also be updated when this new Cayman comes to market. In any case, we expect to see it bow in the relatively near future. Stay tuned.
