2002 SUBARU IMPREZA OUTBACK SPORT AWD AUTOMATIC CLEAN STUNNING PERFECT CARFAX
NO RESERVE... WILL BE SOLD TO HIGH BIDDER !!

Up for sale is my gorgeous Subaru Impreza Outback Sport All-Wheel Drive !!
If this is the type of vehicle you've been seeking, I have some interesting reading, for you. This treasure will arrive with a crystal-clear, clean, stunning Carfax, that will show you how well cared for this prize has been. Never in any type of accident, or even minor fender bender whatsoever !!! I purchased this beauty from the original owner, and was given many great things you'll love including the original window label (see pic below), as well as every book, manual and pamphlet that was issued when this stunner was delivered new, all kept neatly in it's original black vinyl case, from Subaru ! I have the original key plus an extra key, with a perfectly working keyless-entry fob, which I just installed a brand new battery. You will see below from the CarFax report, that the timing belt was professionally replaced by Subaru at 112,358 miles, so you have plenty of miles to go before you have to worry about replacing it again. It's ready to go !!!

Now, let's start with the amazing color !! The Sedona Red Pearl, with it's Graystone two-tone, looks gorgeous, and it's 100% original, never ever having any paintwork done.
The color, as you can see in the many photos, looks showroom new, and the shine is gorgeous. It comes with all the power options you'll need to be comfortable, and feel luxurious. All the power options works to perfection and the cruise works perfectly, as
well. The Air Conditioning is Ice Cold, and the Heat is Red Hot. All interior and exterior lamps and lighting are perfect. The glass, all the way around, is clear clean and chip-free.
All the gaps are perfect & no check engine or warning lights (see pics with car running)
The 2.5L 4-Cylinder purrs as she just sips fuel, getting close to 30 MPG on the hi-way.
The automatic transmission shifts absolutely on point, each and every time, as you just feel a smooth sweet glide when it shifts !!! The tilt wheel, and reclining adjustable seats, will get you at the perfect angle to enjoy the road, through all kinds of weather, and excels in the snow and all the inclement weather conditions Mother Nature can throw at you !!! The steering and acceleration are responsive and smooth !! The ride and handling rivals that of any Honda or Toyota, and when you add the AWD, it's perfect !!

The factory installed sound system is a thing of beauty, with it's In-dash 6-CD changer, right at your fingertips. No going into the trunk to add your favorite compact discs, to a flimsy magazine. Just press load, and it prompts you to add up to your 6 favorite CDs.
Nothing can be easier than that, and the sound will only add to your safe comfy ride !!

Now, nothing is perfect, especially an 11 year old beauty such as this one. I have recently installed new front brakes, along with brand new AC Delco front rotors, plus new Michelin wiper blades, and the oil was just changed, just as it has been, every 3000 miles.
The tires are good, but to make the ride perfect, I'd add a set of top rated Michelin's, and you'll be good to go for another 40k miles. I'm not a mechanic, but I think the ball joints may need to be updated, in the near future, as I hear a little click noise when making a left turn, but I drive this beauty every day and it's probably good to go for thousands of miles more before you need to replace them. As with any car of this vintage, there are a few stone chips on the hood, but nothing noticeable or major. On each side of both rear wheel wells, there is a very small mark, where the gray surrounds the wheel well. If you look in the pictures, real hard, you may see it, but again, it's very minor, and from what I have seen, surprisingly common, on these Subaru models. That's really all the imperfections that you'll find on this beautiful treasure !! Stunning for it's age and miles.

I'm in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area, and you are welcome to come see and drive my beauty if you're in my area. If you need to ship this stunner, to your location, I will help every step of the way, and take photos for you, upon loading her up, to send to you.

I have a clean, clear, and unencumbered PA title, in my name, in hand, and ready to go !!!

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask, before bidding, as your bid is a legally binding contract. Please be cash-ready, as I am not a dealer, and can not trade or finance. There are NO extra add on fees, NO prep or Doc Fees, as some guys seem to want to scam you with. What you bid, is what you will pay. Sales tax and title work are solely your responsibility. If you are going to register this baby in PA, we'll have to go to a notary to get your tag work done. It's already inspected in PA till the end of 2013.
If you are out of state, or having it shipped, I will just sign over the title to you, with just a copy of your drivers license, and you'll take the title to your state DMV to register.

I don't know what else I can add, but if you've read this far, you're probably ready to place your bid. There is NO RESERVE so place your best bid, so you don't get beat at the wire, which is usually the case with No Reserve auctions !!

You may never have another opportunity to buy a well-documented, well cared for,
well maintained Subaru AWD, with No Reserve at just pennies of it's original price ever again. This car has many years of great life left in her, and may just fit your budget !!

Please scroll down below for many photos as well as the CarFax information and original window label, with it's MSRP of $20,498.00... Imagine buying a stunning beauty like this for up to 90% off it's original price !! Don't worry about the miles, which are mainly all highway. I've seen cars with 30k that were neglected and couldn't come close to my car.
The mileage on this Subaru averages only 15,000 miles per year, and as with Honda's or Toyota's, Japanese cars can take mileage as long as the oil is always changed, and the timing belt replaced, which are true in both cases, and documented, on this treasure !!!

What are you waiting for? Place you bid now !! This car is for sale locally, and on other venues, so I reserve the right to end this auction at any time, plus you are welcome to make a generous offer, and if accepted, I will end this auction early, and declare you the winner, under all eBay rules and regulations.

I have described my treasure presently for sale, on eBay, as honestly as I possibly can, as I value my flawless, perfect feedback rating of 100%, which I have amassed having been here buying and selling on eBay for over 12 years !!! You can bid safe and secure !!!!

Mazda CX-5 named Japan's Car of The Year, Subaru BR-Z wins "Special Award"

Mon, 03 Dec 2012

The Mazda CX-5 stamped its Kodo design and SkyActiv technology authority all over the Japan Car of the Year awards, taking the top prize ahead of the Subaru BRZ/Toyota GT 86. It is Mazda's second victory in the last ten years, the 2005 MX-5 claiming the same trophy, and the fourth time the Hiroshima company has won.
The award is decided by 60 local "automotive experts and journalists," and open to any passenger car released in Japan from November 1, 2011 to October 31, 2012 that has sold more than 500 units. Each judge gets 25 votes, his or her top vote getting 10 points, the rest of the points being spread among the judge's choice for the next best four cars.
The second-place getters were the Toyobaru twins with 318 votes, the surprise being they didn't beat or get any closer to the crossover. The Subaru BRZ did claw some mojo back, earning the Special Award given to cars that have made "an exceptional impact." The BMW 3 Series was third overall and won the Import Car of the Year award with plenty of room between it and the second place Range Rover Evoque.

Subaru debuts tougher-looking Outback for Australia [w/poll]

Tue, 17 Sep 2013

If you're going to name a car after a specific location or region, you'd better make sure it's taken seriously in the place it's named for. You're not likely to see a Chevrolet Monte Carlo in Monaco, and the Alfa Romeo Montreal was never even officially offered in North America, but the Subaru Outback is another story.
Subaru apparently takes the Australian market, whose wilderness its jacked-up Legacy wagon is named for, very seriously. So it is apparently rolling out a revised version of the current Outback in Australia itself. The updated Outback, which arrives less than a year before the all-new model is expected to bow, answers Aussie customer feedback with a more rugged look. It's got new roof rails, body cladding, wheel arches, mud flaps, underbody protection plates and blacked-out headlight surrounds and grille trim.
The Motor Report reports that the AUD $2,500 worth of extra equipment - around $2,300 USD - comes with just an AUD $500 ($468) price hike. As far as we can tell, though, there are no plans to bring this latest look to our shores - Subaru has already detailed North America's Outback for the 2014 model year, and these changes aren't mentioned. Should this look be offered in our market? Vote in the poll below and then have your say in Comments.

Subaru might build WRX hatchback after all

Fri, 04 Apr 2014

The 2015 Subaru WRX is awesome. Really awesome. We told you as much in our first drive of the new sedan back in December. Honestly, our only complaint about Fuji Heavy's new performance machine is that it's no longer offered as a hatchback - the new WRX is a sedan-only affair, despite the more functional five-door variant accounting for some 50 percent of sales in the car's last generation.
But there's hope on the horizon, if a report from Australia's Motoring.com is to be believed. Speaking with Masuo Takatsu, Subaru's general manager for the WRX, the company is now re-considering putting the "hatch" back in its hot hatch.
"We have received strong interest from the US, where the hatchback was 50 percent (of previous-generation WRX sales), so we're now considering," Takatsu told Motoring, noting that the United States is Subaru's main target for this car. Additionally, Takatsu said the company's decision to only offer the sedan was the result of limited engineering resources, echoing statements we've previously heard from Subaru's US arm.
