Cross drilled front rotors, Chevy custom chrome OEM 20"x12 rear rims and 18"x10 front rims, Boost gauges on drivers window pillar with the boost set at 8psi, satellite radio and skidplate/lifters(pushes up front bumper going over dips) NOTE* Previous owner had stated an upgraded sport clutch was installed, I have never confirmed that.

*THE BAD*
ENGINE: Cylinder 5 has a cracked ring which means you need to replace the pistons.

INTERIOR: The rear defrost window cable has been disconnected (still there just not connected to window) Satellite radio reciever has replaced the cigarette lighter and ashtray components.

EXTERIOR: There are a few pencil point nicks on the very front bumper and side mirrors. Noticeable within a few inches and even then you need to know where they are at. You will find these on every single car, just from debris getting kicked up by cars driving in front of you. There are two little nicks within the curvature of the passenger side, front yellow bumper reflector(last couple of pictures)

YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURES THAT THE CAR LOOKS AMAZING, THE PAINT IS SHINY AND INTACT. IF YOU ARE PICKY, A QUICK BUFF JOB WILL MAKE IT LOOK BRAND NEW.

Car was estimated to be pushing a little over 600whp by a very prestigious corvette shop only at 8psi.

Stock c5 z06 have about 385whp. Also 2002-2004 models created +20hp due to the upgraded LS6 output
You'll find base models for the same price as mine.

Any more questions? I urge you to ask away. I also have a few videos on youtube of the car such as it starting up and walk arounds showing off the car in more detail. If you are interested, i'll send you the links.

Which automaker's 84-year-old CEO is making investors nervous?

Sun, 06 Jul 2014

We haven't heard much about Suzuki since it decided to leave the US market in 2012, but things are going well for the little automaker these days with the recent announcement of record annual profits. It would seem that investors should be ecstatic, but they are starting to question the man at the helm. Company president and chairman Osamu Suzuki is now 84 years old and is guaranteed at least one more year as the leader, but shareholders want to know who is taking his place when the inevitable happens.
We're not being ageist, here. As long as the Suzuki can run the company to the satisfaction of investors, he absolutely deserves the top spot. According to Bloomberg, the issue making shareholders so edgy is that the business doesn't have a transition plan in place. The president obviously isn't a young man, and folks are worried that if something happens suddenly, there could be chaos deciding a successor and a free-falling stock price.
Suzuki's tenure at the company is somewhat astounding. He married the granddaughter of the founder and took her name because the family had no male heirs. In world where many people hope to retire as soon as possible, he's worked for the same automaker for the last 50 years, including stints as company president from 1978 to 2000 and 2008 to the present. Investors aren't questioning the president's ability as a business leader; they just want a clearer understanding of the automaker's future direction.

Suzuki teases production C-segment crossover, could it have saved them in US?

Wed, 06 Feb 2013

Suzuki may be retreating (amidst booming sales) from the US market, but its efforts to woo European buyers are still going strong. Witness as proof these shadowy teaser images of the automaker's new C-segment crossover that it plans to unveil at the Geneva Motor Show next month.
Until the official debut, we've got just a few tidbits of information to report about the upcoming Suzuki. We're told, and can see, that the car has been modeled on the S-Cross concept car from the 2012 Paris Motor Show. Quite a bit of translation has happened, however, from show car to production form, as we see that the sweeping greenhouse of the S-Cross has been ditched in favor of a traditional pillared setup, large LEDs have moved from the lower front fascia to under the headlamps, and the grille is now much more in line with the rest of Suzuki's current range. The crossover is still painted in a faintly froggish shade of green, though, so the weirdness hasn't been completely leeched out.
We're also informed that the new C-segment offering will have an available a four-wheel-drive powertrain and one of the largest luggage areas in the segment. All of which strikes us as good stuff, but we're still not convinced that this unnamed entrant could have turned the Japanese automaker's fortunes in North America - even if it would have competed in one of the industry's fastest-growing segments. Feel free to read over Suzuki's brief press release below and look at the images before speculating for yourself in Comments.

Mitsubishi CEO vows to stay in US on heels of Suzuki's departure

Wed, 07 Nov 2012

By now, you're surely aware that Suzuki is pulling out of the US market. It was a bit of a foregone conclusion to most who've been paying attention to the automotive realm, but it still sent a small shockwave through the industry. And one of the most oft-heard retorts goes something like this: "Next up: Mitsubishi."
It's easy to understand why many question Mitsubishi's existence in the States. After all, now that Suzuki is gone, Mitsubishi is the Japanese automaker with the fewest sales in America. Furthermore, the automaker's market share has dropped from .7 percent to just .4 percent after seeing sales fall 29 percent to 50,103 units through October.
In any case, Mitsubishi fans needn't worry. Speaking to Automotive News, Mitsubishi President Osamu Masuko said, "We have no intention whatsoever of withdrawing from the US market." That's about as clear as clear can get. It's also worth mentioning that Gayu Uesugi was just named chairman of Mitsubishi Motors North America, and his main responsibility will be to revitalize the brand in the US.
