Selling with no reserve. Deer impact to left front. Title remains CLEAN. Mileage is 165,935 and vehicle considered in "GOOD" NADA condition prior to 10/01/13 impact. 4 new tires on 8/14/13. Rear brake rotors and pads 8/20/13. Needs front brakes soon. Alloy wheels, sunroof, leather. Adjuster used the Mitchell Data Version Software 7.1.140 to estimate $3,310.76 of replacement parts and $785.25 of additional expense. This will be a body guys project but is considered driveable for insurance purposes. ( fender skirt rubs). I've driven it about 4 miles since impact with no fluid leaks or evidence of miss alignment. Front left headlight still works but common sense says don't drive everyday until some repairs are made. The vehicle was not "totaled" so the title is our clean 2nd owner. First owner was US Navy stationed in FL and AL from new till 2010. I purchased in spring of 2011. NO PAYPAL...NO RESERVE.

Giving Vanilla A Good Name
"Vanilla." Taken in modern context, that's not a compliment, but it should be. Vanilla actually has exotic origins, and as spices go, only saffron is more costly. Despite the realities, calling something "vanilla" is not whistling in admiration. The Toyota Camry has been called "vanilla" countless times since its debut, but both the car and the bean have something up their sleeves.
Scoff all you want, but vanilla is the most popular ice cream flavor, and there is no mainstream sedan that outsells the Camry. Apparently, vanilla has an underlying tinge of filthy lucre. We didn't feel rich, exactly, wheeling around in the Camry Hybrid, but we came away impressed, nonetheless.

Toyota Prius sales could come up short in 2013

A Toyota executive has said that the automaker's hybrid Prius model may not reach its 2013 goal of selling 250,000 units in the US marketplace. Bill Fay, group vice president for Toyota's US sales, told Reuters, "The 240,000 to 250,000 range is kind of where we're settling our sights for the Prius family."
The first-generation Prius, a five-passenger model, was introduced to the States in 2001 (its arrival made it the second mass-produced hybrid, after the two-seat Honda Insight). The second-generation model arrived in 2004, followed by the current third-generation design that arrived for the 2010 model year. The automaker has subsequently added the Prius V, a hatchback wagon (shown above) and the Prius C, a subcompact hatchback. As of March, 2013, cumulative worldwide sales of the Prius had reached 3.67 million units.
Last year, Toyota sold 236,659 Prius models in the US. However, sales of the model have fallen 5.1 percent in the first six months of 2013. In response, the automaker has boosted its marketing for the model, and the promotions are expected to continue through at least July.

Toyota produces millionth truck in Texas

After going online in 2006, Toyota's San Antonio, Texas truck plant has just built its one-millionth vehicle, the 2014 Tundra 1794 Edition you see above. The plant originally focused on just the Tundra pickup, but the smaller Tacoma started rolling off the line there in 2010, as well.
Fittingly, the 1794 Edition (a new premium trim level for 2014) pays homage to the property on which the Toyota plant now resides - a ranch that was founded in 1794.
