1993 Toyota 4x4 Truck 3.0 V6 M/T Alum Wheels Michelin Tires ***LOOK***

The auction is for a 12/92 Toyota Truck 4x4 with a 3.0 V6 Engine & 5 Speed 4wd Transmission that runs out great... Just had the Cylinder Head Gaskets replaced, Timing Belt, Water Pump, & Tensioners all re-done... The engine is very strong and in very good condition... The transmission & clutch are both in good condition... The truck does have a Minor Crack in the Windshield on the Driver side (see picture).... This truck has recently been painted but as you can see in the pictures there is some minor dents looks like from hail damage maybe (there is one spot on the driver side bed see picture)... The body is in great condition otherwise...It doesn't have A/C for some odd reason but I sell all kinds of Toyota Parts & will sell a kit for $250 if your interested? The interior of this truck is nice but the seat has a torn spot as always!!! This truck runs & drives great especially with the Michelin Tires 30x9.50x15 with lots of tread left on them... The wheels are in good condition with no scratches or damage...

Toyota produces millionth truck in Texas

Thu, 19 Sep 2013

After going online in 2006, Toyota's San Antonio, Texas truck plant has just built its one-millionth vehicle, the 2014 Tundra 1794 Edition you see above. The plant originally focused on just the Tundra pickup, but the smaller Tacoma started rolling off the line there in 2010, as well.
Fittingly, the 1794 Edition (a new premium trim level for 2014) pays homage to the property on which the Toyota plant now resides - a ranch that was founded in 1794. Scroll down for the official press release for the plant's milestone, and be sure to check out the full gallery of Tundra 1794 Edition images as well.

Expedition drives from Russia to Canada over North Pole...

Tue, 21 May 2013

No, a Ford Expedition did not drive from Russia to Canada via the North Pole, but that's exactly what a team of intrepid explorers accomplished recently. Using specially-modified buses with massive tires, the group slowly drove 2,485 miles in 70 days over drifting ice, occasionally using a pickaxe to clear a path and staying on guard for chasms that could open up and plunge the team into the frigid arctic waters. Average speeds were about 6 mph, "at the speed of a (farm) tractor." While the big tires technically allowed the buses to float if the need arose, the team preferred to stay out of the water to keep the suspension from getting coated in thick, hard ice. Falling in on foot would mean almost certain death.
According to Phys.org, the buses were powered by Toyota diesel engines, but were built with prototype parts from a previous driving expedition to the North Pole. Right now, the machines are parked in a garage in Canada's Resolute Bay while the the team rests up with family back home. They plan to continue their trek to back across the Bering Straight to Russia. If successful, the team may eventually offer a version of their buses for commercial sale.

Toyota to shock with Supra concept for Detroit Auto Show?

Fri, 06 Dec 2013

We've written about approximately 187,000 rumors about a return of the Toyota Supra to the land of living cars. There are a couple of good reasons for this: first, Toyota won't stop dropping hints about a new halo sports car. Late this summer, Toyota sales guru Kazuo Ohara called a Supra successor "one of the options we have" - a comment followed by a hint that there would be "better news" on the subject in the future.
The second reason for all the Toyota tales is, of course, that we all have missed the Supra since its departure from the US market in 1998. So, when a member of the Autoblog team is party to a nudge-and-wink-filled conversation about a new Supra concept headed to January's Detroit Auto Show, we tend to listen up.
A 400+ horsepower hybrid sports car would match up pretty well with the upcoming NSX.
