In addition to the original price of the car, we have added a $2,000 tow hitch to the car so we could carry our bicycles.

Also, in addition to the price and other things we have added, we had a 5 year guaranteed Zylon Treatment to the car. That is a very durable protective wax that protects the cars paint and body. You can literally spray the car off with water and bugs and tar will fall right off of it. It was a $700 treatment.

Also we have already paid for Sirus XM radio - I think for 2 yrs., maybe 3. (?) We will be glad to leave it for the duration so you can have free XM radio as long as it lasts.

The reason for selling: I bought a business. I did some remodeling by scam artists who took my money and ran and didn't perform what they said they would and could do. It cost me to clean up the mess they left me plus attorney fees so I need to get out from under the payments and get me a $1,000 car to drive until I can catch up on all the bills that I am left with. The car is great. It is a good riding, snow going car. Thx.

Volkswagen Golf Variant will make a lovely Jetta SportWagen

In addition to several other versions of the Golf, Volkswagen is debuting the new Golf Variant (read: wagon) here at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. And if this bigger version of the Golf looks like it might fit right at home in the States, it's because we could possibly see some version of this car as the next-generation Jetta SportWagen here on our shores.
Volkswagen is debuting the Golf Variant with two efficient diesel engines, rated at 110 and 150 horsepower, the smaller of which is good for an impressive 71.3 miles per gallon on the European cycle (when mated to a six-speed manual transmission). The Golf Variant also gets a version of Volkswagen's 4Motion all-wheel-drive system, making it incredibly all-weather capable.
It's a handsome estate, and it wears the new Golf's design language well. We can't say for sure if this car will actually make its way Stateside, but given the fact that the current Jetta SportWagen still rides on the old Golf platform, the odds look to be in our favor.

Reggae super-duper-star and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Jimmy Cliff has been using music to send positive vibes out into the universe for decades now, so its no surprise that his message on behalf of Volkswagen is one of redemption.
Dubbed Sunny Side, this web-spot is VW's warmup of sorts for what promises to be another blockbuster year in the world of Super Bowl commercials. Without giving away the game, the euphonious commercial sees Cliff opening his arms and his heart to some YouTube 'celebrities' that might see courser treatment from the likes of Tosh.0, for instance. We can't help but be reminded of Coca-Cola's legendary 1971 Hilltop spot with the "I'd like to buy the world a Coke" lyric, too.
