2006 Volvo V50 T5 AWD - Silver w/ black interior.
Low Miles! 75K! This is a rare find (none on Craigslist in Boulder/Denver and only 6 on Auto Trader within 200 miles, and only 2 with similar low miles). Engine hums! Quick and powerful for a small wagon. Body in beautiful shape - No dents, cracks, rust, etc. Only a few minor dings and scratches. Interior in fantastic condition - Black Leather - No tears or significant wear, carpets are in perfect shape all around. Windows have a pretty good factory "tint", so we've never had issues with the black seats feeling hot. Features: Automatic/Triptronic transmission, Turbo 5 Cylinder, AWD, ABS, Heated Seats, Electric Windows and Retractable Sunroof, Cruise, Fog Lights, Headlight Washers, factory roof rails, non-smoker. Very recent brake work, new windshield, Volvo alternator and battery. Hankook 16" tires have plenty of rubber. Clean title. Volvo Polestar celebrates STCC title with Black R edition S60, V60 and XC60
Sat, 21 Dec 2013The relationship between Volvo and Polestar was forged - and forges deeper still - on the racetrack, where the latter fields the former's tin-top entries in the STCC, WTCC and V8 Supercars. And based on their success together in touring-car racing, Volvo has had Polestar amp up a number of its production road cars. What we have here is the latest.
This year Volvo and Polestar dominated the Scandinavian Touring Car Championship, taking both the drivers' and manufacturers' titles. So to celebrate, Polestar has rolled out a new Black R package for the S60 sedan, V60 wagon and XC60 crossover.
The package includes an upgrade to 329 horsepower for the T6 engine and to 230 hp for the D5, and further enhances with special wheels, a dropped suspension, special sport seats and more. Unfortunately the package is only being offered in Sweden, but you can scope out the details in the press release below and the photos in the gallery above.
Volvo offers up more details on 2015 XC90 and its new infotainment system
Tue, 03 Jun 2014We have more details on the 2015 Volvo XC90 and the all-new, touch-heavy infotainment system that will debut with it. An expansion of the Sensus system, as we've shown you before, we now know the new system won't only sport a large, vertically oriented touchscreen, but a head-up display and the ability to manage the systems via wheel-mounted buttons.
Key to the entire experience are the large, portrait-oriented touchscreen, a head-up display and the thumb controls you can see on the face of the steering wheel in the image above. Volvo is claiming that this combination will be easier to use and, fittingly for the Swedish manufacturer, safer.
"Using the screen is so logical that it will become part of your muscle memory very quickly," said Dr. Peter Mertens, Volvo's senior vice president of research and development. "Information, navigation and media are high up and easy to check. The phone controls, application icons and climate controls are located low, comfortable to reach and touch. All of this logic is based on extensive usability and user experience research and the latest technology."

Volvo is calling the Concept Coupe its "next-generation P1800."
The teasing can now officially come to an end - Volvo has released all the images, videos and details on its new Concept Coupe, and we're intrigued. The Swedish automaker is calling the concept its "next-generation P1800," and those are some pretty big shoes to fill. Fortunately, it's not all talk; there are clear links to Volvo's much-loved coupe in its shape, though we certainly wouldn't call the Concept Coupe 'retro.'
