I am selling my 2004 Chrysler Crossfire. As most people know, it is built on the Mercedes Benz SLK platform. It is in good condition and has never given me any problems. We have had it for about 6 months and though fun, is not very practical for a family of four. The mileage is currently 136387, which may increase slightly as I still occasionally drive it to work. It has fairly new Michelin Pilot Super Sport Tires, 225/40Z-R18. The paint is original, with a few nicks. There is a discoloration around the license plate (see picture). It has never been wrecked. The drivers seat shows some wear on the bolsters, as shown in the pictures. The tire pressure light has been on since I bought it. Yes, I've checked and equalized the pressures to no avail. The cigarette lighter and cup holder are missing. The cup holder is available on E-Bay, just never really missed it. The hood support rod is there, but doesn't hold the hood up. I try to be as descriptive as possible. The A/C blows cold, stickers are up to date. All the gauges and switches work. I have both key fobs and the manuals. A very nice example of a 10 year old Crossfire. If you have driven one, you will love this one. Oil was just changed with Mobil One, brakes and sensors were done within the last month. Volkswagen Routan dead one last time
Wed, 25 Sep 2013Volkswagen halted production of the Routan minivan in late 2012 due to low sales volume, but there were reports swirling around that it would live on and continue production alongside the closely related Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Grand Caravan. But now VW says that it will indeed stop Routan production for good, The Detroit Bureau reports.
As of our report in March, VW hadn't built a single Routan in 2013, and we can't imagine things have gotten much better for the minivan since then. The Detroit Bureau reports that VW produced some 2014 Routans, but they aren't for sale to the public - they are fleet-only affairs.
VW originally intended to sell between 45,000 and 50,000 Routans per year, but since it was introduced for the 2009 model year, annual sales of the minivan have averaged only 11,500 units. VW has sold 57,683 Routans total.

Small number of 2013 Chrysler 200 and Dodge Avenger models recalled
Sun, 24 Feb 2013A small number of units of the 2013 Chrysler 200 (inset) and 2013 Dodge Avenger are being recalled over a broken control valve in the fuel tank assembly. The potential 1,785 sedans were manufactured late last year, and if affected with a broken control valve could suffer from stalling or fuel leakage.
A bulletin from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration notes that the recall should begin next month, at which time owners can take their cars to dealers for repair free of charge. The full release with more information is just below.
