Here is a Limited Production car built for Chrysler by Maserati. The TC is a two seater roadster convertible with hard top for winter driving. Fully loaded with all the options listed above. As they made a limited production of these cars from 1989-1991 the drive train and electrical are all Chrysler. For the most part getting parts for the car's maintenance are available, don't let name worry you yet have a very comfortable ride with the stability of a sports car! I bought this car 3 yrs ago from Denver Co and drove it home. After checking it over and putting on new tires I drove it to Detroit to the Hot Rod Pro Tour. I would not hesitate to drive this car anywhere! The only options that do not function is the A\C which can be converted to the new Freon and the front speaker. To my knowledge everything is in working order. I bought this car thinking I would use it as a daily drive but have other cars that I used instead. I'm selling this car because I have to many cars to maintain. As I put a scratch on the lower left door and small scratch on the roof removing it the body is in great shape. The driver's seat shows wear from getting in and out, very normal on these cars. The convertible top is perfect, no tears, glass rear window. I also have a Chrysler AM\FM CD radio, plug and play that goes with the car. When I bought the car the owner had a valve job and new timing belt installed prior to selling it to me. Former Treasury boss unaware auto task force fired GM's Wagoner
Wed, 14 May 2014We dig a good political tell-all every once in a while (how else will we get our political fix while waiting for House of Cards' third season?). Today, we get just that from former Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner's new book, "Stress Test," which details, among other parts of the 2009 financial catastrophe, the structured bankruptcy that allowed Chrysler and General Motors to emerge as competitive players in the auto industry.
In the book, which is nicely recapped by The Detroit News, Geithner discusses the firing of GM CEO Rick Wagoner while explaining how much trust he had in the auto industry task force that executed the move without his knowledge.
Auto Czar Steve Rattner "didn't even consult me before he fired General Motors CEO Rick Wagoner; if anything, that move increased my confidence in Team Auto," Geithner wrote.

Thu, 23 Jan 2014Super Bowl XLVIII is barely a week away, and some of the early ads are already leaking out. It's timely then that The Street has released rankings of the top five Super Bowl advertisers since 2009, showing Chrysler and Hyundai/Kia taking two of the spots with $131.7 million in cumulative spending.
Since 2010, the cost to air a 30-second Super Bowl ad has risen from $3 million in 2009 to about $4 million in 2014, and about a fifth of advertisers opt for a one-minute ad, which doubles costs. Last year, the ads brought in $292 million, and they have brought in roughly $2 billion since 2010.
Chrysler has spent $64.3 million since 2009 to make it the fourth highest spending company in the last five years. In that time, the company has rebranded itself as it emerged from bankruptcy with the Imported from Detroit ad campaign that premiered in 2011 and last year's God Made a Farmer Ram Trucks ad. Its 2012 Halftime in America sparked national debate about whether it was also a reference to the upcoming presidential election.
Chrysler recalling over 280k minivans because airbags may deploy on wrong side
Mon, 08 Jul 2013Chrysler has issued a recall for some 2013 Town & Country, Dodge Grand Caravan and Ram C/V Tradesman vans built between May 10, 2012 and June 7, 2013. These vehicles may have a software error that would cause the wrong side (opposite side) airbags to deploy in a crash. With this defect, a left-side impact would cause the right-side airbag to deploy, etc.
The recall affects 281,500 vehicles in total: 224k in the US, 49,300 in Canada, 2,900 in Mexico and 5,300 in other locations. Chrysler will notify owners of effected vehicles, and reflash the offending occupant restraint control module to resolve the issue.
