2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie on 2040-cars
Elgin, Arizona, United States
1 owner, Laramie package with 94K miles, leather, power sunroof, dual power heated seats, DVD player, navigation,
backup camera, rear air bags for towing, 6" Carlie lift, 37" new Toyo tires with 20" Moto Metal chrome wheels,
Bilstein shocks with reservoirs in front and on steering stabilizer, AMP Research electric running boards.
No leaks, 5.9 Cummins Megacab that just flat out works! This is just an incredibly clean truck that has been used
as a car. This truck is likely the nicest Dodge you will find out there. If you are fussy, meticulous, a neat
freak, or just borderline crazy about how clean you like your truck, this is one you need to see. Simply
exceptional condition, both mechanically and cosmetically. No 5th wheel or gooseneck ever installed. Inside of bed
has scratches.
Go to kelley blue book to see a value - put in the basic info and add your own options. I added power sliding rear
window, dual power seats, leather, hard tonneau cover, over size off road tires, oversize premium wheels 20"+, moon
roof, and running boards. It is no doubt an excellent condition truck. Value for a stock truck comes out to

Weekly Recap: New bosses try to jump-start Cadillac and Lincoln
Sat, 26 Jul 2014
Both of America's domestic luxury brands seem to be stuck in neutral.
It's ironic that Cadillac and Lincoln got new bosses within days of each other this month. It's also a commentary on the fact both of America's domestic luxury brands seem to be stuck in neutral.
Motorweek goes retro with '80s hot hatch shootout
Mon, 03 Nov 2014Motorweek's decades of history on television make it the perfect medium to look back into the automotive past and see how things are different now. It recently added old road test videos to its YouTube channel of the Acura NSX and Toyota Supra, as well as the Ferrari F40. For one of its newest flashback clips, Motorweek has exhumed an affordable five-car challenge of 1986's premiere hot hatches.
By today's standards, this is an eclectic field that features fondly remembered classics like the Volkswagen GTI 16-valve and Acura Integra. However, it also throws in some nearly forgotten contenders like the Dodge Colt Turbo and Ford Escort GT. The angular Toyota Corolla FX16 GT-S rounds out the group.
It's fascinating to watch Motorweek run the quintet through the slalom, down the drag strip and on various roads. What's most striking in this clip is the difference in the definition of a performance car between then and now. With its 16-valve, 1.8-liter four-cylinder, the GTI is the burliest of the contenders with 123 horsepower, but it still takes 8.8 seconds to reach 60 miles per hour. By today's standards, that would make it a plain-jane economy car, and not even a particularly quick one.
Dodge vs. Chevy tug-of-war taken to the extreme
Mon, 17 Dec 2012They say "idle hands are the devil's playground," but said playgrounds grow to Disney-sized proportions when a pair of jacked-up trucks, two egos, a chain and an empty mall parking lot are involved. Proof of this is the video below, which shows a Cummins-powered Dodge Ram circa 2006 to 2008 chained tail-to-tail with what looks to be a gasoline-powered Chevrolet Silverado from the late 1990s or early 2000s.
We don't necessarily have to tell you who wins this battle, but we'll let you see for yourself the lengths the "winning" driver goes to prove his point. There's plenty of foul language in the video below, so beware that this might be Not Safe For Work, and not that we should have to tell you, but please, do not try this at home.
